Its easy to find a place to kill green dragons, chaos tunnels work and are probably the best monster to kill for cash. Also the waiting time for decent items is more like 1-3 hours. Although Green Dragons would be best for consistent money if you can find a good world. Jagex would have to ban thousands of members.I don't think they'd venture out that far.I just happen to have 76k on me and kill someone that happens to have 26k on him...what's the problem? Isn't his defence a bit low for green drags?don't think anyone looked at that.As for what to kill, I don't have any ideas atm.Sorry for that.
