Tempests Zamorak Godwars Dungeon Guide
Well Viz kudos to you, you have either done to much research or are a moderator. You seem to know alot about this area of the rules. Now away from that, the real reason of this psot is that i have started to train a little more at the ankous so i have more information on them. HOW TO MAKE MONEY AT THE ANKOUS Well now with the update of the grand exchange it makes this alot easier, firstly i will describe the best possilbe inventory. 15 Air runes 5 Fire runes 5 Law runs 1+ noted Mithril ore 1+ noted Rune essence 1+ Peices of gold 22 Peices of food, lobbies or swordies preferrable. Keep killing ankous and taking their drops. The only drops you will leave are the black robe tops and if you want to the Left skull half drops as well as uncut gems. If you can last as long as i can you should end up leeaving with at least 15+ Mithril ore noted, 30+Rune essence and 1500+gp and about 10+ addy arrows as well as 20+laws. What i do is before i start killing i set a nubmer of trips i will d before selling. Keep killing, picking up, banking and so on until you have either depleted your food, or have meet your trip goal. Now tele back to varrok, and head on up to the GE (grand exchange). Now sell as many arrows, laws essence and ores as you want to at the lowest market price, it generally doesnt take long for these particular items to sell, took 1 second for my last mith sale. If you continue doing this you will end up with good melee stats and a nice amount of money, probably 25k+ each trip. It really adds up over time.

Okay thanks guys, let me jsut clear some things up. Firstly, 3_hit_u i have browsed over the Runescape archieves and from what i read agility was released at the very begining of RS2, it is possible that it was in the wrong date but you never know, feel free to look it up. Secondly, thanks 0hip for the posts, because i have seen you in edgy bank many times and with what your wearing you have become the best god wars dungeon'er, congratulations. Thirdly, for the Dagg kings i want you to base your votes around the following criteria: Number of trips roughly How effeciently they mage/range/melee How they do it (their technique) Their best soloing trip Thanks, also still need a barrows and PKer :-s

Armadyl GS Overrated? :$
Well it sure is overrated but i do know why :XD: [1.] Because you may only use range or mage in the Armadyl section of the godwars dunegon it may be alot harder to get the hilt drops. [2.] It has the most powerful/high hitting special there is of the four godswords, so ofcourse people will like it for that reason.

Congratulations, you just advanced a summoning level
Well here it is, the long awaited briefing of the newest addition to the Rs skills, Summoning. Back in 2004 we got our first knowledge of what could have well been a new Runescape skill, back then it was not thought likely but as of January 2008 it will be real. With this weeks new development diary release JaGex has told us of the upcoming new skill summoning. At first they were thinking of making it just another add on to the magic skill, but with the release of Desert treasure and Lunar diplomacy in their minds they scratched that idea. The idea of the skill had gone through many of the JaGex senior staff's minds each one trying to design the skill, until now when they have one. On the Runescape Forums people are speculating as to what they believe the new summoning skill will bring to Runescape, a trusty battle companion? A new way to show off? a form of protection? Well all of these could be correct but we just do not have enough information currently. Who knows what the new skill will be like and who knows how it will affect the Runescape community, well anyway here are a few thoughts of some people that contacted me. "To be honest I am slightly worried about it, I have just achieved my long goal of getting every skill to level 70+ and I am now going for my third 99, I would like to achieve it before this update so that I can maintain my 70+ skill outlook on the RS high scores." "Well in my opinion its great that JaGex is bringing out a new skill, if you think about it, it has been over a year since they last released a new skill, hunter. I look forward to it as I find it increasingly harder to level my skills and a new skill to level will be great fun." "I'm not to sure about this new skill because it could turn out to be my favorite skill or my most hated. I have a feeling that when it comes out as soon as I try it that I will want to become the best, I will want to be one of the first to 99 and I will want to get and hold a rank in the top 100 for the skill, I don't really want it to happen but it might." These are just a few comments from some people that have messaged me and I think that it is a good mix, people looking forward to it, people nervous about it and some people that aren̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t quite ready for a new skill to be introduced. All of these are very valid points. Thinking about what happened when the new skill Hunter was released and also thinking back to when Rune crafting was released, I remember people flocking in the hundreds in every world to the new training spot for the new skill to get those levels up and go for the rank #1 because when a skill first comes out that rank could be anyone̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s, even yours. I feel that when it is released once again people will flock, and once again smarter and stronger people will take advantage of the opportunity to go and level some other skills very fast like people training at a very popular area that is always crowded, with the new update it will be like a ghost town, (not port Phasmytes though, that̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s a crowded ghost town  ) every once in a while something like this comes out and then the people who are capable of trying it out to the full extent really go all out at it, there is nothing wrong with this as it is the spirit of the game. You know what I̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢d really like to see? this skill made available to free players as well, I mean even though I am a member it isn't very fair to all of those free players that just sit back and have to miserably watch the members having a great time leveling up the new skill while they just mine, wood cut fish or cook, things that they have done so many thousands of times, it is time a new skill was released that is available to free players and members, its just like schools, Public and Private. As for me I say bring it on, JaGex continues to update, making new skills, items, monsters, areas and much more, every time a new one is released they get their feedback, some good, some bad. I think this is going to be one of those major RS changing moments, not just because it is a new skill, but also because it has been thought about for three years now. And so I say, thanks JaGex for this sneak peak into the newest RS skill. this is the new thing, this is the new skill, the 24th skill of Runescape 2. Come January next year I will get my money and all other required equipment and get ready to do some serious summoning!

Tempests Zamorak Godwars Dungeon Guide
Oh yeh guys also, i have not put Moss giants in as i feel they are a waste of time, they are genneraly for people that cannot yet kill ice giants, which is undoubtably more people therefore it is more crowded. You may ont like it but with uncut gem drops what you can do is bring a chisle, cut the gems then drop. You will end up with a nice amount of craft exp each trip if you do this, i'm relating to the Ankous here btw. If you would like to see anything in this guide that is not please post, thanks :

That is true, drop trading is illegal but i also have a compromise to that as well. Get one of your trusted friends or if possible one f your friends Irl to trade with the lvl 3 accounts, get the money and bank it until you have givin them enough for te rune and scimmi then ask for it back, go buy the stuff its very simple. Also moon, thank you very much for all of your contributions as i do not generally train in free play as i am usually a member i have not been to Ankous much at all or even the stronghold for that matter it is very usefull to have the information you have supplied thanks :

Tempests Zamorak Godwars Dungeon Guide
Well yes that is a good idea, but i have been very busy latly with homework so i am not sure i will have time to do it 100% accuratly in the near future, and as pointless as this is you say that not all F2p people can offord rune scimmis and full rune well my compromise is this, it;s completly legal just takes time. Keep making accounts then do the stronghold of security for the 10k over and over 20 times = 200k =Full rune + Rune scimmi :anxious: [hide]Thanks lots for the feedback and i should mention this is a copy of my first ever guide lol, Thanks[/hide]

Tempests Zamorak Godwars Dungeon Guide
Tempests Zamorak Godwars Dungeon Guide The Zamorak area of the Godwars dungeon has always been frowned upon for a number of reasons. Some people don't like the fact that the only decent CS'able drop is the hilt, some people don't like the fact that K'ril can slash through your prayer and some people don't like the fact that you can be heavily poisoned. Aside from that this are of the Godwars dungeon is just as good as any other, and can be more fun then some. This guide will equip you with the knowledge on how to kill K'ril, the rest is up to you and your team. I should also mention I have made this guide for higher levelled players, I apologise if you do not fall into this category, although I know there are plenty of other guides that target lower levels as well. This guide is going to assume that you have the following levels or higher: 99 Attack, Strength, Constitution, 90 Defence, 90 Magic, 95 Prayer, 88 Summoning, 85 Herblore. Dress up time. Set up Now because K'ril is an idiot you are able to have only one person tanking, the designated tank will want to have a lot of magic defence as they will be protecting against melee. K'ril has three different attacks, two of which are melee based, one of which is magic based. One of the melee attacks is unpreventable through prayer, and the other melee attack generally deals more damage then the magic, that is why the tank will want a higher magic defence. There are also the three minions to factor in, one attacking with each of the three different forms of combat. This means that most of the team members that are not tanking will want a high range and melee defence and will be protecting against magic. As far as weapons go anything is fine really as K'ril has a very low defence level, although Godswords and whips are what I would recommend. Set up #1 *BANDOS AND A GODSWORD* This is the optimal set up for a warrior. Bandos has nice high melee and range defensive stats as well as decent prayer and strength bonuses. The Godsword is a no brainer as it will be most useful for dealing damage. Seeing as it is your role to deal damage the two best Godswords to use would be the Armadyl Godsword and the Bandos Godsword. You can swap out the fire cape for a Soul wars cape if you want more prayer, although you really shouldn't. Set up #2 *BANDOS TASSETS KARIL'S TOP AND GODSWORD* This is a slightly cheaper yet still effective alternative to the first set up for a warrior. Here you will have more magic defence with still reasonably good melee and range defence. This gives you the option to protect against which ever style of attack you are taking the most damage from. Also if you switch to using a Saradomin Godsword here, and a Soul wars cape you will generally be able to last a bit longer, although with either set up you will be able to last for a good 5+ hours. Set up #3 *KARIL'S WHIP ELY/DIVINE* This is the ultimate tanking set up. You are wearing Karil's for good magic and range defence and you will be protecting against melee. The Elysian or Divine is obviously very useful when you are wanting to consume less food. This is one of the few places an Elysian may be better then a Divine, this is simply due to the fact that K'ril can slash through your protective prayer/curse and drain a large portion of your prayer at the same time. Combine this with the prayer drain from the Divine and you may find yourself running out of super restores very quickly. An Onyx ring (i) would be the best ring to use here, although a Seers or warrior ring are good alternatives, if imbued they are just as good as the Onyx. Set up #4 *BLESSED DHIDE WHIP ELY/DIVINE* More or less the same as the above set up, although here you are using god dragonhide, this eliminates the need for switch items although it does decrease your potential magic and range defence. Set up #5 *KARIL'S WHIP DFS/SPECTRAL* This is the same as set up #3 although instead of an Elysian or Divine spirit shield, which are both very hard to acquire, you will be using a Spectral spirit shield or Dragonfire shield. Everything else is the same. Thats the gear out of the way, the now meal. ]Inventories[/color] This is fairly easy for the warriors, although slightly more difficult for the tank. For a warrior you will want to bring as many extreme sets as you think you will last for, usually about 4-5, then 8-10 super restores or super prayer potions, spare unicorn pouch's and the rest brews for your tank. The robes are used as switch items, simply wear these whilst getting kill count and switch to your good armour once inside the boss room. *WARRIOR INVENTORY* Now with the tank you will obviously be wanting optimal brews. So I would strongly recommend taking a beast of burden familiar, obviously a Pack Yak would be great, but not everyone has access to these. Inside the yak you would want 24 brews and 6 super restores. Thats the sort of ratio to use if using a lower levelled BoB. You won't need to bring any extreme attacks or strengths as you will not really be doing a lot of damage, although if you do have the ability to use Overloads I strongly recommend you do, as that means you can spam brew and still do a good amount of damage. *TANK INVENTORY* Play time. The Fight

Okay people i have gotten a few replies back about my monks theory and tihs is what i have to say. At level 62fishing you can fish monkfish yes? well everyone is saying that it would jsut be to slow, you are probably right but if you want to start fishing them at 65. I started fishing monks at 65 fishing and to my amazment i fished one inventory of monks (27) faster then i fished an inventory of lobsters (27). To make sure it wasn't just a fluke i tried it again, still faster, tried again same result. Therefor that brings me to the conclusion that at around that level you fish monks faster then lobbies, however that might jsut be for me :P Another thing i saw mentioned, shilo Fly fishing. I have not put it in there becuase i did not actually bother to think about it and have never tried lol, but it sounds like a good place so i tried it out, very good results fast xp becasue banking is faster then dropping. Yet another thing mentioned was that monks, sharks and swordies are only good to fish for profite, thats almost true. Sharks i say are fish made to be sold because they are to slow for the exp you get 110each for like 20seconds+ to catch = not worth it, however monks are great xp, great speed, and are also a good way to bring in money, from exactly level 62 fishing to level 99 fishing you have to catch 105,839. Now lets say (even though its like impossible) you cook every single one of those and then sell for 300each you end up with 31,751,700gp or if you sell for 400each you end up with 42,335,600gp, er go 31.7517 or 42.3356m, er go want a santa or two? Also i saw someone mention guanlents (cooking) only effect sharks, lobbies and tuna well to tell you they effect all fish but those are the only fish that they help you to stop burning 100% at a lower level. Thank you very much for all this feed back and all criticsm is much appreciated lol :

Fury. Oh my! Only 14.5K, some fish and patience!?
Now this has nothing to do with the cat part of this but it does incorperate the deaths. I feel there are two different ways to do it they are: [1.] This may well be the shorter of the two ways but it will indeed be the more expensive of them. Ever hear of something called "the barrows"? well as you should know from the chest you can get death runes and in pretty decent amounts. The higher yuor kill count the higher your amount of runes is. Ofcourse doing this means that you will have to sue supplies to kill the brothers, which isn't all that cheap still cheaper then buying a fury straight off, while doing this you may get lucky and get soem barrows items which will give you a boost in cash for the fury. I have also figured another way to do this however this may incorperate a higher risk, you do not kill trhe brothers, you find your tunnel, you get your kill count high off monsters then open the chest, run away from the brothers as you meet them in the tunnels, no fighting means no supplies (not counting kill count). [2.] Will probably take more time but description is much shorter, find a monster that drops 10+deaths fairly commonly and kill it alot, a very lot

Celebi's guide for world 2 trading!
yeh good guide but i would like to say one thing about it, you have mentioned where the mystic is sold however you have failed to mention where the infinity is sold. The infinity is sold just underneath hte tree patch, between it and the fence. Also you have only incorperated the east bank and park, you forgot to put in the wkc (White Knight's castle), this is where all god wars armour is sold, also you forgot to put in where the elegant and 3rd age things aresold. The 3rd age is sold jsut a little north of the god wars items and the elegent is sold a little east of the 3rd age. Finnaly you forgot to put in where the Gnome scarfs are sold, they are sold near the enterance to the park (east of the elegant/3rd age spots) Well thats just what i feel your guide needs to get 10/10 So i will give you 7/10 for it, you have doen a very good job of the park only missing one thing, thats a really big area so overall, good guide might wanna update those things though

~@~ How to succeed 99-skill goals in 7 easy steps ~@~
Mate i read alot of guides like this and i have to say this is definantly one of the better ones. For the constructive critocism part of this it would help if you gave examples of the different types of skills e.g.... money eaters, money makers, cobmat(atk def str range hp..) and base skills. I would really like to see improvements along those lines in here but as i mentioned earlier this is a very good guide, i hope to see more in the future, and p.s how long did it take you to type it :XD: KEeep this up, i look forward to seeing the updates you post on it =D>
