I believe that you would win the fight with the lesser as long as you bring good food. Lobbs being the minimum, but bring swordfish. If you are going to do the quest, then i guess it is possible only if you are skillful at it. To be honest I would just get 40 in attack, strength, and defense. It should require much work and it is very easy to do with these levels. Besides once you've finished the quest you can't even put on the rune plate armor with 30 defense :roll: so just get 40 in all categories. But i think with 30s it is still possible as long as you bring swordfish.

another what if... question :roll: Of course the extra slots would be useful when you are doing any skill. The prices of things will drop, but it wouldn't matter if your a skiller trying to make a profit because you have those extra slots...

When pvp worlds were released the price of reunited ores have risen. This is because of the different drop you get and you are not garanteed to get a rune scimitar. Then this means that this rune scimitar is lost from the game which makes people have more demand. In the old wild the rune scimitar would just be won by the other person who would probably sell it back into the market.

We, Tifers make pretty good guides. The main problem is that there is only one page to get our guide to be noticed and there are just so many. finding the guide may be difficult for many of us. Solution: Make finished guides into different categories like it was awhile back. Make the categories: Skill/Add-ons/Minigames/Quests and another category: Money/Merchanting/other...

you have the right idea with making drinks useful. note that runescape is set in a medievalish time so energy drinks is pushing it. I agree with others such as water and for clever how it restores run energy but 25% might be a little too much. You guys think it might be good, but seriously this can lower the price of raw materials in the economy which isn't good for you skillers out there. Shipping and transportation is faster (or at least in f2p) so this will make prices lower because more supply is coming in with the same demand.

i am not a member and never was, but isnt barrow pure higher leveled than a run pure? wouldnt that be comparing apples to oranges? everyone must always remember what the wise old man once said: The best pure is a main. lol that was irrelevant... but seriously i think its the preference. i would pick barrow pure from what i heard from members.

It is sort of difficult to compare the two because they are nothing alike. People who support the old wildy are most likely doing it because it was a you kill your foe and you get their loot. This is great, but because of RWT this was taken away. I say if we were to put those variables aside and say old pvp vs. new pvp and both are new drop system or old loot system i think that new pvp worlds would be better suited. It has a very good system. You have a certain range of combat levels you can fight and you can fight anywhere! This brings a new type of environment into the game. Rather than you start a fight and your opponent quickly runs to the ditch. Instead of a border i think the bank safespots are good enough and it's great with the 10 second rule. new pvp worlds are much better tbh. Such a better system.

You make a valid point, but there is a formula for the cost of your drops. And a variable that they consider is likely to be your foes armor and how much money he is gambling to fight you.

Oh boy ... I love debates like this :D First off, we must all think rationally and really understand what is going on. For this we must first understand what Jagex (the makers of Runescape) wants. Jagex is a business and they want money. Andrew (the creator of Jagex and Runescape) want to all make revenue, but also want the game to be what he wants and not for it to turn into those modern day crap games. He has a vision and with this vision he also wants to make money. Let's be honest. Runescape isn't a great game. I mean, seriously an xbox 360 with wi-fi seems more entertaining to the videogame virgin then it does to a browser game like Runescape. He does Jagex popularize this game. Make a free demo with no expiration dates. success :thumbsup: There will be advertisements running on to make some money which is always nice and wait. wait! There is a full version of the game with more everything. more content! more quests and monsters etc. You see once you are at the free to play stage and want more content because you are losing interest, you want to buy the membership where jagex makes the billions of dollars they have. Don't get me wrong. Adverts make money, but not nearly as much as members. F2P is simply hooking a customer onto the game so that they will be set up to buy membership. With no expiration dates, Runescape can become a popular game with millions of active accounts. Now you see if there are no expiration dates... then what makes a f2per become a member? that is simply because when you become a member you get much more content which is why Jagex limits F2P to certain things. Jagex wants to make money and they want you to get membership. Simple as that. Why does Jagex even do additions for f2p then? They want Runescape to still be popular and they want to excite the audience. A simple corrupt weapon for a pvp update could get a player excited and realize that all he needs to do is pay 5$ a month and he will have that weapon forever and along with other features. It gets them excited and makes them want more. Jagex will eventually implement new updates that can be considered big in F2P, but for this to happen there must be some hell of an update coming up in the full membership version. Jagex gave pvp weapon additions so that f2pers can get a taste of the funs of pking and if they like the idea of pking and better weapons, then what kind of dummy wouldn't sign up? This is mainly why Jagex will never fulfill the requests of all f2pers. Adverts make money, but all Jagex wants is to go all the way which is to get you to buy membership.

you have to understand that it is the internet. With the internet people will tend to do immature things like this or simply put down others because they could get away with this. It's not like you can get beat up for being an [wagon] to a noob. right? so just ignore these people and realize that they are the idiots. If you are bothered by these people then don't play rs or hang around the internet if it is lowering ur self esteem. This is runescape and trust me anywhere on the internet the same stuff happens. u have to live with it.

I haven't been on debate in a while. Having a bf/gf on runescape is wrong. why? first off, just because a character is a female doesnt necessarily mean they r one. some guys prefer to play as them. and other guys prefer to play on them because they are horny bastards... second, you can have a friend on runescape, but never ever anything more because u dont know what the person looks like etc. third, if u like a rs character good for u but take ur relationship outside of runescape. seriously we dont need u to go around lumby all obnoxious. runescape isnt a dating service. E-harmony is one but not runescape. and if u do think u have a strange situation with an rs character please take the relationship outside the game and do everyone a favor.
