i have made a str pure recently and i needed to get cash for things so this comes from personal experience. getting 100k is easy. my problem would be getting from 300k to 1mil. always remember that starting money can be obtained from sos and other stronghold method 1: steel method this simple fast and easy money for any low character. requirements: just 30 smithing if u dont have this then i suggest doing f2p quests that will give u xp. one quest is knights sword which makes ur level go from 1 to 27 and the rest u just buy. so this is pretty realistic. method: go to ge and use however much starting money u have to buy as many iron ore and coal. make sure coal is 2x ur iron ore. buy this at any price even max would work however ur profit wont be as high. then go to fast bank to furnace and begin smelting ores into bars. this will give u good smithing level too. then go with bars to ge and sell bars at a price and this will bring u profit only for bank to furnace easy trips. u will die of boredom after obtaining 200k though. after that just invest and do other moneymaking method since u have starting money.

On August 15th Jagex has made a big step and said that pking like back in the old days would be welcomed back however it would be RWT proof. That sounds great to anybody skiller and pker. no bots running around ruining such skills as woodcutting and those fishermen have someone they can sell their catch to. Now let's talk about history. almost a year ago jagex shut down pking for good to stop rwt and came out with pvp games to replace them along with new graphics and a brand new skill. now jagex know these replacements werent good enough to get many pkers back in the game. a good percentage were pkers and they must be satisfied. Then there had been ppl saying that there is a new "boss" at jagex who was hired recently. perhaps he has enough brains to make pking alive again? jagex shot themselves in the foot by taking away pking and tried to save it with such updates as the ones listed above and grand exchange :thumbup: but now jagex is coming out and giving their pkers a reason to coming back. is this because of the new boss?

lobbs r going up high and i think they will skyrocket because of the wildy coming back. should i invest and at wat price should i buy the lobbs?

My runescape history is pretty nooby. I first made my account when i was a complete beginner in 06 and somehow didnt like it so i decided to try again and make a new account a few months later. this time i knew wat i was doing and i really didnt play much at all. i had 50+ noncombat skills etc but when i finally quit this account i joined these forums and i learned about alot of the game or at least everything needed to know at a f2p world. with all of these noncombat skills i decided to start pking and i loved it! it was so fun and great rather than grinding skills to fish swords and for wat? then i asked myself... why am i grinding skills and having no fun? why not pk? so i pked and then i realized that all the str pures and accounts made for the purpose of pking beat me badly. + i dont have the time to make my account 70+ in a couple of months. after my days pking, pking got destroyed and bounty hunter came out. i quit for a couple of months after seeing that bh was a total disaster. then they fixed bh up which gave me more hope. i started a str pure which is now my main. i am still currently training it after months because i dont play often as a stated before. i am almost done when i fell upon todays news that jagex is not only making more pvp minigames but they r making pking back again for those pk lovers like me. so my real question is ... wat to do continue on my bher or wat... is this news something to look forward to? wat exactly do i do. keep training my bher for lower crater and when pking comes out to train my pker to med level.

have fun because runescape is afterall a game which is meant to be enjoyed. dont force urself to do things u dont like to do.

as an ex pker this update sounds awesome and it actually happened that they would bring wildy back! i wonder though how good this might be? will this still make rwt keep going? i guess we will find out soon enough.

looks at ur mining level (which is impressive =D> ) i say u just want 99 mining and u could care less about profits since u already can mine rune ore. so i would say that iron would be better. and it would take very long, but u might do it. as for me, i have no patience or time to get a 99.

S0S is the place to go. close to bank and various monsters for all levels with decent xp and ok drops. also consider cockroaches.

:roll: so typical. im not a soccer megafan or something but i have respect for the great game. just because it is low scoring doesnt mean it is boring. if u watched other games that were played by two greats u would have fun watching it. unfortunatley it is one game and changing the rules in soccer can make it much more different. it may be boring but its not going to change much. i suggest for them to make it... cant pass back to golie- which means teams cant waste time and no fouls unless someone is really hurt. alot of fouls r called for nothing. again there is really no way of changing the rules to make it high scoring. and ppl who say they r overpaid is a big joke! soccer is hard and they run so many miles here and there... everyone must be fit to play unlike in baseball where many r overweight.

us and russia wouldnt fight a war during these times... they r allies trying to work together to stop other countries like korea etc.

Woodcutting; get choppin'. dont do this as this will take up time... btw why dont u respond to my pms? there r many methods of making money with low noncombat levels such as the steel method. buy coal and iron and smelt it. then sell bars for profit. otherways r listed in the AOW

im f2p and i think mage is better. reasons: 1) has useful spells like teleport and has useful non combat spells 2) stronger against metal armour which is wat alot wear in f2p 3) hits good at lower levels.

im still not playing much but leveled in str. bongo... how do u know i will raise so many hp levels? i think ill still be 52. and kirby. i cant anymore cmb levels on hitpoints + i will never use range in crater because im gonna be switching from 3 attack styles and i need food in inventory... since its f2p lower crater there rnt going to be great drops. infact im not looking for drops. im just looking to fight with honour. all i need r drops that will give me enough income to resupply myself. i know i messed up on this pure by giving him 31 prayer but im trying to make the best out of it.

fishing is actually better than ever mainly because of the ge which makes selling so much easier. u used to wait in world 1 yelling all day but now everyone is on the same page. plus bhers and cookers use em as well as training food to others.

i died 8 months ago, by major lag. yep its hard to die on f2p.
