Someone here forgot the Combat Triangle is unbalanced.... t's not perfectly balanced no, but it still roughly works. As a ranger you can usually get a mage down if you can hit hard enough. As a mage you can usually get a meleer down if you use ice and binds to keep them from getting you As a meleer you can usually own a ranger with easy Except the fact that you get called a farcaster noob and you will have to tank which defeats the whole purpose of being a mage <_< Its ok for a meleer to own a ranger Its ok for a ranger to own a mage But if a mage starts owning a meleer...0mfg n00b farcaster gtf0 So who cares? That just dumb meleers who rarely know the combat triangle and assume they should own all. The whole point of mage is it is not a close up skill, you're meant to stay back out of trouble and take foes down. Yeah it's just really annoying when you can't mage properly without being called a farcasting noob or whatever. I guess it's the the same for everything else that gives you an advantage over your opponent these days

For your first question my advice would be to sell your dfs and buy armadyl. The extra range boost is really helpful and you could always sell it back once you've finished. For your second question I would sell the dfs and buy the bss and fury. A rune defender is still the best for non dragon tasks obviously and is the best for prayer tasks. You should also consider buying bandos with the money you have left over because of the decent strength and defence bonuses that it has. I hope I answered most of your questions :P

Maple longs (u) are considered junk and generally dont sell on the ge. But you can use them to bend the trade limits to lend out items thus "selling" them. Maple long (u) are sellable on the grand exchange since they are now worth hi alching

No. That is not how ROW works. It doesn't changed WHAT rare drop you get, but rather whether or not you get a rare drop at all. Actually...no...well...kinda... The chance of getting the "magic number" that puts the drops in the second wheel with the rare drops never changes, all the ring of wealth does is increase the likelihood of a rare drop being chosen in the second wheel. In practice I think I hear it increases drop rates anywhere from 1-5%, but rare drops are a tricky thing to figure out especially since we still don't know what constitutes a "rare drop." There's a guide in the AoW here that goes further in depth. Not really anything I can say on topic, I've never been to TD's, but good luck anyways :D . I can't be bothered to find exactly where, but Jagex recently said that they will make a diary explaining exactly how the Ring of Wealth works. So keep your eyes and ears open! :smile: I remember reading that too, I think it was in one of the Q&A sessions, but nothing so far :( . They said they would explain how it works five months ago
