I'm a little bit disgusted by this thread . How can some of you guys make statements like ... bomb china ... and china have done it again ... are you guys thick as well as ignorant. Just because 1 chinese company does something wrong, that doesn't mean the whole of china is responisble. If that was the case then america would have to be destroyed numerous times a day ... just take a look at the dodgy dealings that companies in other major countries like america pull against other countries on a daily basis ... but this isn't the fault of america as a whole ... the blame lies with the individual companies.

What about monopolising? ... what if a someone who is extremely rich decides to become the sole trader of something ... say black masks. They could hang around in the grand exchange all day buying every single black mask that appears before anyone else gets a chance to buy it. Then put the price up and resell to anyone that wants one. Previously if you wanted something you could jump around from bank to bank, world to world until you found someone selling at a decent price. I'm not sure if this is a bad thing or a good thing. Personally i can't wait for the grand exchange, in fact im quite excited :D

I always try to do everything myself, i like every part of the game and thoroughly enjoy making the things i use from scratch. There are some exceptions though, like for instance, if i need an amulet of glory, or and rune scimmy. I do not have the skills to make these yet so i have to buy them. The new assist system obviously makes this a lot easier for me and less expensive. I like caching/making all my food. One of the first things i done upon joining rs was to get my fishing/cooking lvls up high enough so i could make decent food. I've never bought food from someone else. Its funny you mentioned churning in your example ... i've just finished churning 400 butter for my tuna potatos :P 22hp each.

I've got various top of the range computers and laptops, i've been playing RPGs for a VERY long time, i've got a 10Mb connection, i'm a programmer on a good wage. I guess that kinda rules out your view of who plays runescape.

I have no idea about your question, but with skills necklaces you have a tele to the mining guild so, right near fally east? maybe that helps, then glory back to dranor Why would you want to churn so much butter anyway O.o I can't get in to re-charge the skillz necklace yet or that would be brill, but your right i could use the amulet of glory to tele back to draynor bank and walk back up to the farm :D i'm gonna give that a go when i get home later. I'm using the butter to make "Tuna Potatos". They heal 22hp and sell for about 1.2k each I've got about 700 cooked potatos ready and about 400 bowls of tuna and potato ready to go. All i need is the butter, but it takes ages to churn the milk.

[sarcasm]it's got 2 banks ... really[/sarcasm] If there was a way to get through the fence on the north western side of the farm it would be a very short trip to the east bank in fally, but there's a fence to run round ... it might even be faster to go to draynor bank from there. Anyway the bank is zanaris is still closer ... does anyone know where the cow in yanille is located or adgourne ... they got churns that are pretty close to a bank, but i couldn't find the fat cows lol

Where's the best diary cow for getting milk, at the moment i'm using the one in zanaris cause the butter churn is on the way back to the bank, so i can milk-churn-bank 14 at a time. Is this the quickest way or is there a more efficient way?

Its this kind of attitude that allows that type of person to get away with it, i don't think the correct way to think is "If you don't like it leave". If everyone shunned the annoying gits they would eventually change their way to fit into the majority. If we shun the victims by telling them to leave if they don't like it, then we are encouraging the very behaviour we dislike.

As far as I know, Jagex have neither catagorically denied or announced that a new banking system was on the cards. From what I've noticed of the gaming world, that usually means they're thinking about it, or they're doing it, and don't want to spoil the surprise. Jagex said they'd slowly leak information though... I can't see how they could do that without blowing the surprise completely if it were a new bank though... so I dunno. :-k Whatever it may be i'm sure it will be awesome, jagex pay a lot of attention to what the runescape players want. They have polls, and search through forum posts to find out what the players want and they supply the best they can without upsetting to many haters. In fact i bet they've already told us what they are doing anonymously in a forum post somewhere, just to get some early feedback of what ppl think ... in fact this post could be by jagex ... hehe in fact i could be jagex ... lol :-w

I'm hoping the new update will be a completely redesigned bank with tabs and sorting :P Tabs for amour/weapons/herbs n seeds n secondary ingrediants/quest items ooohhhh and sorting by amount/name/value/ with asc/desc options ... and of course an option in the setup menu to choose between old and new banking styles for all the old heads who like to moan about change :P

It'd be awesome if you could use them to hover over water :P
