  1. Then don't look at this thread This isn't the only place the 10? of you, who somehow think this is funny, post the joke. I'm sorry, but there's nothing funny about forced humor. What is funny, however, is that you guys actually think people enjoy your attempt at starting a meme; or the fact that you actually care about your post count. Either way, I'll just stop posting here. It's pretty clear to me that you guys don't need help embarassing yourselves.
  2. I find it funny. Whatever kind of humor you were going for, you missed it.
  3. Case and point. You guys are taking it too far, and it really isn't even remotely close to being anything similar to funny.
  4. Stupidly [bleep]ing annoying 'meme' is annoying.
  5. Well, thank you, xpx, for the guide, and everyone else for your advice! I'll probably be back with more 'stupid' questions, until then, thanks again!
  6. So If I make 1k 4 dose pots I should ve set for a LONG time?
  7. I'm also curious, what the hell drops them? The Forgotten Mages and I think all other types of mages can drop them, but what I want to know, is it type of mage specific *like Spiritbloom armor or Celestial* or do all have a chance to drop both? Cause I want to get the Celestial one as a drop. I'm SSH hunting atm, so I guess I'll just kill all Forgotten mages, too ;p

  10. More then you'll every use in a single dungeon ;)
  11. I'm still not clear on this, lol... The CSB is bound in the ammo slot? The CSB can hold unlimited casts of any surge or wave spell? The CSB will take 125 of the 'casts' inside of it to your other dungeons? If so, would it be best to bind 125 AIR surges, so that you can make a staff accordingly for whatever spell you need? (I don't think you ever need anything other than Fire surge, but I could be wrong) Or would it be best to bind 125 FIRE surges, and make a catalytic staff at the begging of every round?
  12. Yes, thank you :P
  13. I saw a thread on the RSOF about this, someone bound it, and it counts as ammo. I wonder if this means you can bind 125 fire/air/death/blood runes all at once? Which still wouldn't be that useful, anyways... Well it would let you easily take out annoying Prom/Primal Warriors but yeah, I think I'd rather bind laws or arrows. That might be worth it for one member of a perm team assuming they rush the c1 floors together. Actually, if you could hold 125 spells, not just runes, I think I'd probably pick that over 125 laws.
  14. So... to Hood hunt, I need to do any floor 30-35, medium, what tier?

  16. This is a quote from the runewiki page on the blastbox: So it activates on the fifth CAST, not HIT. So if you hit a 0 on the fifth cast, you don't get extra damage, at all. I'm going to assume that the CSB has the exact same effect, which is more useful, seeing as you can hit twice as much with surge spells as you can with blast spells. This means it would in fact be useful for killing Frost dragons, your Ice strykewyrms tasks, possibly Abbysal demon camping, Iron and Steel dragons, bursting? That is, if it's worth the 65k tokens? Well, if you want to be pedantic, yes, you are right, although i don't think many people got confused because of that. And while we are on the subject of pedantics, hitting a 0 with magic is infact a hit, as missing with magic means splashing, thus you will get 25% bonus when you hit a 0. As for being useful for frost dragons- it's rare to be able to hit one dragons for times thus there is almost no extra damage at all, and coupled with a -8/-13 attack bonus(which is crucial), not very useful. The same goes, in a smaller way, for abyssals and strykes, where the average hits to kill is somewhere very close to 5. In other-words, it's practically useless, aside from saving 3 inventory spaces?

  18. Taken from page 8 of today's update thread. Sorry to burst your bubble. What bubble did this burst, exactly..?
  19. Since the Magical blastbox gave a 25% damage boost 10-20% of the time, which turned out to be a 2.5-5% overall damage increase (Magical blastbox topic), I figured the surgebox would also have a similar effect. So, does anyone have the surgebox, and if so, what are the stats? Also, can you test the box? If the box has a damage boost, and high enough stats, where would it be useful? Rex, Ice strykewyrms, Frost dragons, etc, etc?
  20. Now, I know this will be nearly impossible to tell, but, do you have any idea how many 4 dose potions I'd need for 95 range and mage to 99? along with collecting probably near or more than 10k bones with melee, and then some left over for 93-99 slayer? Along with probably going back to Frosties every so often for some cash? Would it be safe to say I need more than 3k? 5k? How many would YOU make, to be safe and never have to make them again?
  21. Super antifires are never a must. But as anyone with 85 herblore will tell you, because they don't cost anything(basically free herblore xp), there is no reason not to use them. Void mage is terrible. You pray mage to protect you from magic attacks, not dragonbreath. I never thought of it that way, but the feathers are free and un-trade-able, so it makes sense. Unless you value your time ;p (Which I don't.) And you ALWAYS need protect from magic, as I understand it now, as it protects from their magic attack AND 50% or their fire-breath attacks? While the antifire / super antifire protect from the other 50%, or full 100%. But the super antifire gives you the ability to take no damage, from their breath attacks, while SS flicking. Do I get it now? lol
  22. What about range? Should I use my deflector/ACP setup, and same for mage, deflector/Ahrims? And once I have super antifire pots, do I even need to pray mage when ranging/maging? And for melee, can't I just use protect melee and have 100% protection from the breath?
  23. If I'm using a rune defender, deflect magic, and a regular antifire potion, what attacks will I be hit with? Just melee, still? And if so, then what's the point of even using super antifires? Sorry, I'm just a little confused, I'm probably just over-thinking (or under-thinking...) lol. What about range? Should I use my deflector/ACP setup, and same for mage, deflector/Ahrims?
  24. It made sense to use diamond when they cost less than runite, but now that it's turned around, the specs of diamond just don't make up for the general damage loss. Frosts have really low ranged def(thus why ranging can yield around the same number of kills as melee). That makes sense, and thanks for all of your help! :)
  25. Oh, that's right, lol. I agree, I would get more kills per hour with extremes, but I think I'm going to go with 95 prayer because it will allow me to stay for a longer period of time. Another thing to consider is that I'll be doing plenty of slaying when I'm bored, which, I think 95 prayer is extremely useful for. Tack on the fact that I MIGHT be getting a CM as my second chaotic, after rapier, for PKing, and Turmoil wins? :) Would it be a better choice to use Diamond bolts (e) instead of Runite bolts, the difference in cost is a measly 205gp? Or is the whole point in using Runite bolts that you're already so accurate that the extra damage outweighs the very small overall accuracy bonus you get from the Diamond specs?
