when i was a teenager i had a really nice penpal called neil. he lived in hemel hempstead. we wrote to each other for over 3-4 years, and met a few times. we was both kylie fans and went to her concerts together (in the late 1980's) sadly i lost touch with him when i moved in with my husband in 1991. i'd love to see how life was treating him now. upto date my daughter's school have french penpals that they write too. but apart from that most of her friends are via msn. the art of penpalling will sadly be lost soon i believe

i've not done the special, nor have i potted. the only things i have done this weel is fish, fletch, go to a friends house and help him get flour and slay/range.

just to respond to a few points: when i was made a mod 4+years ago, i was interviewed a few times via msn. no idea if it still goes on, i can just remember it happeneing to me. do not apply here if you are not going to be committed. it takes ALOT of work being a mod, and if you are not 100% interested it will soon become tedious. on a personal note, i quit simply because i was not finding modding quite so fullfilling as i used to. it became too comfortable, and felt as tho i had not so much outstayed my welcome, but was not so challenging to me after all. good luck to all that apply, i hope your tipit modding life is as long lasting as mine was \

i really don't think that pic is faked- in rsc instead of doing a mass ban - jagex stat wiped everyone who was guilty. a high lvl cooker (he was number 1 i think was stat wiped, he still had all his qp's and stats went down to 1) but from memory the combat was reset to 3, not to 1

add animal cruelty to the no chat about list please (if there is one) i kicked 2 users earlier for this, despite a warning

looks are important yes, butnot everyone likes the same type of person. some like baldies- me personally i couldn't care less whether someone is bald(my hubby is receeeding alot) a personality means alot more to me, than looks :thumbsup:

my goals was: to complete quests:failed-6 left to smith rune : completed to get 99 prayer: failed, too lazy to get it to get 2k skill total: completed it! so i got half of what i had set myself, i can live with that :mrgreen:

thanks guys for this, i get so much crap at work everyday, its a wonder i've not gone loony. laughter is a great cure all, either you laugh it off, or it sends you nutty- seriously but tbh its not just the teens, many of the adults are just as bad. i am a bus driver, and it does get tiresome having people give you crap. its actually a very demanding job, like many others people think its a easy job. i started a new job this week and just finished a 49 hour week, i doubt many teens would take on a job knowing how much work you'd haveto do each week.

i get myself pregnant before i got married(was due to get married in july, found out my daughter was due in the july so we brought the wedding forward to the february. the pill let me down ) i see nothing wrong with it, it doesn't seem right to condemn another persons choice and willingness to have sex with another imo. it was my choice to sleep with my partner before marriage, how do i have the right to say its wrong, when i have done it myself? as long as it is two people who are both willing and able, who are we to judge upon them? live and let live i say

i was bittem when i was 8. i was riding my bike, a german sheperd jumped a 6ft fence and bit my bottom. it bit thr jeans, shorts and undies. ended up in casualty for 4 hours awaiting a tetanus jab. not fun at all

on a personal note, i could never become a veggie, simply because i like the taste of meat too much. i don't like to eat alot of it, but i do like it, the ONLY time i would not eat a animal, is if i had seen it killed then cooked in front of me. the meat i buy from the stores does not look like a animal, therefore does not sicken me to cook and eat it. if i had seen that animal killed, the thought of the cruelty involved in the killing of that animal would put me off. btw try going around the chinese quarter/outdoor market in brum. huge quantities of veggies there, at low prices. i buy my veggies in the chinese quarter for less than half price than the stores. gotta be better than sainsburies/morrisons bumped up prices in northfield/rubery :XD:
