How exactly, and how much weight? Bench press? Parallel Squat. The schools record is 425, he was trying to queat 450. He got 4 reps out of 5 done before he started to lose his balance, and he fell back (on his back) with the weight lifting cord still attached to him. So he broke his back by the weight, and the cord brought him straight up in the air and dropped him, breaking his neck. What a shame to tell you the truth. They didn't even have any one (including 4 conditioning teachers) who could remove the weights. :?

Some kid completely broke his back and neck in half trying to break the schools weightlifting record. Pretty sad to be honest.

For a forum with so many intelligent users, I'm surprised that many got hacked. It's so obvious that it isn't RuneScape, yet people still click and enter their passwords. What a shame.

First off all, whoever is telling you to change your pass word is wrong, including a mod. You can run a virus scan, but I would recommend that your do RECOVER STOLEN PASSWORD/ACCOUNT. You will get your account back, whoever is telling you to change your pass, THEY ALREADY HAVE. :wall:

I got a 2230 on my SAT's and I did. It's pretty easy to have a momentary lapse of judgement, especially when the site looks legitimate. Sorry, the scam is too well known to be considered a mistake anymore. Besides, if you took just a few seconds longer to look, you'd see that some features are missing from the site.

The thing does nothing more than steal your RuneScape account. Trust me, I ran a virus scan right after getting it and their was absolutely no keylogger on my comp.

I was already logged in when I clicked it, haven't typed my RS password since. Change it..and QUICK! Just to let you know, a password change is actually "recovering a locked account". They've already changed your password, know you'll need to wait several hours/days to get it back. Don't worry, I've fallen for this scam before. ;)

Only people with an IQ of -1 or less would have entered their passwords on that site.

God I HATE those [bleep]ing msn chain mails with the "MSN will die tomorrow..pay money to get your account safe" I get ~3 of those every stinking day, so I spend an hour today sending it to these people so many times. -.-
