Well, I would like to do some training at armored zombiez, but I need to do defender of varrock first! Do I need 54 smithing to start the quest, and do I need to finish the quest to have access to the armored zombiez? Now, If I need 54 smithing to start it, what is a cost effective way from 50-54 smithing? Thankz :D

I'd say bolt+gauntlets... cause it's cheaper, and way more accurate than fire wave, unless you are wearing full ahrims+potted+praying 99 mage...
