I dont know if this is the right place, but oh well. Ever since day one of tip.it chat, Ive noticed a drop in maturity. I myself has been wrongfully kicked 45-50 times and kicked for a good reason about 6. (thats all of my accounts combined).I check back to see if they have matured and ask" have you guys matured ?". I get kicked 5 seconds later "accidentaly". I get on another account to see why I got banned... I get kicked again "accidentaly". They spam and posintless conversation like "W00t level 34 blah blah" and "@@@@@@@@@@" is getting on my nerves. Discuss your opinion on the matter. (please move if not in right place)

ice burst barrows.. you can do multi trips per inventory with a high mage bonus... Take 1-5k ice bursts, 5 ppots use 2 doses per trip., black d hide and range gear, and a dds to kill karil. use the range gear on ahrim. You will get most of your runes back.. use a mystic water staff. if you want, get your KC to 15-20

it will always go higher becasue you can no longer get them from the christmnas event.. you can only get them from other players. Keep it and wait 3-5 months and if it doesnt rise in price sell it.

And DDS hits incredibly high and incredibly quickly against no armor, so using a GS is a waste of a spec. Even if there str is lowered, it makes no difference - you're gambling the entire stake on getting a higher than 20 spec, something too risky and much too slow to bet on. They can get an easy 2-3 specs in the time it would take you to get their str down significantly, and even then the speed of their whip would make up for the difference. Definitely go with DDS/whip - if you get 40-ish defence, decent str, and 70 attack, you can easily get people 7-or-so levels higher than you to 2x you, and you'll win the majority of the stakes anyway since your attack and str will match theirs. A GS is just too bulky and too slow to be used effectively in a stake. With armor off, the difference between a whip and a GS in terms of hits is minimal anyway, and the increased speed of the whip makes all the difference. (Note: I wrote this assuming you're doing armor off, and I now realize you might not be. Armor on typically doesn't make as much money, but since I've never really had any experience with it, I can't help you with that.) So I guess Ill do whip/DDS stakes ,I am thinking about defence but If i was (atk-str-def) 70-90-40, pures with 90-99-1 would own me or would they? If you have any reccomended stat builds, please add.. I am willing to collect 10m by fishing sharks till xmas.. becasue that is when I get my laptop and m neighboor will let meuse his internet instead of diap-up so i can train 6+ hours a day. If i play hours a day i can easily hit 300k xp a day once i get 60 atk/70 str. So any suggestions are greatly appriciated!!

Since i live on the country.. dial-up (for now) is the only internet i have. I am currently using AOL 9.0 on a 56k modem. Do you have any advice to "tweak" my modem/computer to make rs run better?

well since my last staker was 58 hp, 60 atk, 60 str, 54 range, 41 mage.. i figure it isnt too far into tto restart. those stats took me 2 weeks at rock crabs. My new dds staker is named "armadyl k0"... I will get the following stats... 60 atk 80 str 80 range 75+hits 64 combat 19 max with dds spec then i will get 75 atk 90 str 90 range 90ish hits 76 combat 21 max with dds spec,24's with whip and lastly 99 atk 99 str 99 range 99 hits 89 combat 22's with dds spec, and 35 with gs.. no spec ,, and 43 with.. I will most likely do gs spec then 2 dds specs on all of these i will be 1 def and prayer and mage.. the range is for hp bonus would these build work?

In a few docks , there are un-used docks. I believe these will play a major role in boating 3.The fishing trawler is basically step one to boating.. you have to repair the boat.. to me that means boat building. 4. another reason why i think is the dragon slayer quest... during one part.. you have to repair a ship using planks nails and a hammer. A few things to go along with boating. Boating would affect fishing in a whole new and exciting way. You could use your boat to catch more than 1 fish at a time. Here is a table I made about fishing level-boating level-fish cought at a time: 20-20-2 30-30-4 40-40-5 50-50-6 60-60-7 70-70-8 80-80-10 90-90-12 99-99-15 They would of course have to make fish caught in the sea less experience. These are the fish that will be available to catch in the sea. 1. lobsters 2. swordfish 3. tuna 4. trout 5. salmon 6. sharks 7. snow crab (new ) 8. catfish(new) As you can see... #ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s 7 and 8 are new monsters... to catch a snow crab you must have level 70 fishing and the spot is located near water Birth Island. The catfish is located near karamaja. Each ship will have a cargo hold.. each cargo depends on your boating level. At lvl 40 you can hold 100 and 99 you can hold 230 fish max. To catch a snow crab you need to launch crab pots which can be made of steel-rune... the better the material the longer it will last. You will have to bait with roe or salmon head which can be obtained by using knife on raw salmon. This will as well open up a new area to travel, fish, fight, and a new high level monster.. The new monster would be the "kraken" It will be lvl 400-600 dropping a dragon item maybe? like the pick, pl8, arrows, knifes, kite. A new PVP minigame like castlewars only in the water. The ship building part: There will be 4 shipbuilding yards. To build a ship you have to watch a cutscene training clip(which is skipable) and pay 1 Million gp to purchase a liscence. A bout would take 500 of any log (noted) and 100 of any metal bar besides blurite and elemental. In your boat, with the right construction level, you can builld the following rooms: Galley(used to cook food), Storage tank for storing 40-140 lobs based on materials used and level, and player deck.. this is where you controll and walk around your boat . Your boat can contain up to 5 people. You can only travel to certain docks but as you get higher leveld you unlock acess to the others. 2 more quests will come out probaly. One to unlock access to the kracken and the minigame and one to allow you to smith mith-rune cannon balls
