Best Shareware or Free Online PC Games.
I was wondering what you thought about this. I have a few: -Obviously, Runescape -Phosphor - Free browser-based FPS -N - Awsome side-scrolling ninja-ness  -Trackmania Nations Forever - Completely awsome racing game; great multiplayer, fun challenges, and amazing graphics. -Combat Arms - Fun FPS, content added regularly -Frets On Fire (Alarian Mod) - Basically a copy of Guitar Hero/Rockband for PC, except there are thousands of good, user created songs for it.

Which Christmas Tree is the best?
Personally, I love real trees. But if I had to choose from one of those, I'd go with the third.

Equip or Keep in inventory?
There's no reason you should need a weapon. Yes, there are randoms, but you should just run away and come back. They take too much time and the drops aren't worth it.

Shouldn't we be allowed to stock pile air rc gloves
Imbalance? Not really. It takes all of 3 minutes to teleport to Varrock, run to Fog, buy the gloves, and get back to runecrafting.

Shouldn't we be allowed to stock pile air rc gloves
Yes, it's double xp.

78 strength bug?
Even if you're f2p, it tells you when you meet the requirements for Guthix Sleeps. Have you leveled strength after the quest came out? Because otherwise, the first time you level a skill it will tell you that you meet the requirements. I'm 77 strength, so I'll try it out soon.

~CLOSED UNTILL FURTHER NOTICE~
He asked for it to fade from light to black... I still have the original- Oh, and here's my progress as of late. Frank_ragnar... I'm sorry, but I don't usually do banners. They take WAY too much time. Nice! I really like it so far.

~CLOSED UNTILL FURTHER NOTICE~
Just wondering, did you guys see the part where Uno said no Runescape siggies? You can always try, but I wouldn't pin my hopes on it. ;)

Dutch RuneScape
If they come out with a Spanish version, I'll play that to test my language skillz (Spanish AP right now). Other than stuff like that, almost all people who play Runescape know english enough to get by. I find it weird that Jagex sinks so much time into this.

Browser speeds
They've been under development for a while, but it should speed up now that Chrome for Windows is out of the beta stage. The same has been said for many other pieces of software. It's just one of the reasons I'd rather stick with Firefox, if not for the customisability and the fact I don't need to install google's annoying update software. Annoying..? It only runs the first time you download it. :| But yes, Chrome is not very customizable. I'm a speed addict, and I like the load times, and the very low profile.

Mining help
Is it just me, or did they change that? I made a quick pass through (albeit half-asleep) and couldn't find the spot. Yes, powermining iron is ftw. If you want to go advanced, use mousekeys to help you drop an entire inventory much faster. (this takes time to set up and get right, however)

I used 9.62.. :| I tried monkeying with pipelining... It causes nothing but trouble with some of what I do... In example, http://www.xgenstudios.com/play/stickarena, XGenStudios.com's "Stick Arena: Ballistick"... Their flash applet apparently doesn't like out-of-sync packets. :( You're very welcome. I am very glad that I could make your browsing much more happy. : ~D. V. "Life has many interesting things... Where you find them, you never know." Devnull  Noes! Now I have to change it back -.- It really helped, but stick arena overrides speed :) Thanks for the help.

other about:config things you can use to add speed: network.http.pipelining false to true network.http.proxy.pipelining false to true network.http.pipelining.maxrequests 30 to 8 network.http.pipelining.ssl false to true network.http.proxy.pipelining false to true The bold is what you change the value to. Random Firefox easter eggs - about:mozilla - about:robots

Browser speeds
The test with optimized settings was just over 50ms faster overall. The settings most likely speed up web browsing, but NOT java, which is what this test is (my theory, at least). Link to the benchmarks - http://www2.webkit.org/perf/sunspider-0 ... 9,83%5D%7D Here's a link to the chrome results- http://www2.webkit.org/perf/sunspider-0 ... 7,67%5D%7D Click on one of the links, and paste the other link into the box that says compare (this will give you the difference, and how many times greater/lesser the second performed than the first) To copy, you either need to open the link in a new tab or click quote to get the whole (veery long) url.

I'd been using the defaults for the beta. If you could give me the numbers (and tell me what to do with them  ), that would be awsome. (I don't know my way around Firefox that well)
