Pictures made in Paint
You already saved it in .jpg, which compresses it and ruins the quality. You need to save it as .png the first time, to prevent paint from compressing the picture. Just re-saving it as a .png won't restore the compressed picture. Nice artwork, though. They get better as they go on : To Army- there's no way to change Paint's jpg compression rate. Anything in paint should be saved as png.

Need Help on P2P to F2P bank Transition
^ Nice bank, but fail cropping. All you have to do is click and drag on the little black dots around the edge to make the canvas smaller to get rid of all that extra white ;) (I assume you used paint. If you didn't you should know better  ) On topic- Yes, check out Sinkhan's guide. It's very detailed and helpful :

Signature idea.
I've got a black rectangle saved just 1 pixel over the max Tip.It dimensions in each direction. I just paste the new image over it, and if I can't see black, then I don't put it in my sig. Simple :

What are you doing while browsing tip.it forums?
Normally, I play Runescape. Now, though, I'm (supposed to be) doing my Biology Seminar report. :?

Yes, I have a dynamic IP... I'll check it out :geek:

IP addresses and their effects in runescape
IMO, you're wrong. Your IP is a randomly assigned number that identifies each internet-connected router or modem. It has nothing to do with the way you browse the internet, or how your computer interacts with servers, other computers, and games. Give me "proof". It's probably wrong as well. I'm open though, if you do find something. :

DVD ripping
Yes, 1000Mb is 1Gb. Itunes films are usually compressed, and pirated :? ones are almost always lower quality. I don't know what else you've been downloading, but there's pretty much nowhere that you could download DVD-quality films. If you're planning on burning another DVD, keep anything. If you just want to watch it on your computer, you can delete any non-video type files. If you wanna get technical about it, 1024MB is 1GB. From my experiences as a pirate, movies are generally low-quality, because of the direct rip of video feed. You won't get DVD quality from it. Lol, look at the post right above you.

Updated with a new pics +) please view c/c is welcome
Exactly : You can get 100% quality .jpgs half the size of a .png the same quality.

Buying a new computer.. tell me what you think!
Quad cores are more of a future-proofing thing, but with new OS's, and multi-threaded games, they far outperform the price. You can run multiple programs on different processors, which helps a lot. And it's fun to brag about :

Gif.
If you want to turn a video into a Gif, there are some free programs that can do it. http://virtualdub.sourceforge.net/ <-This is probably the best program. It can crop/edit your video and then export it as a gif. http://www.download.com/123-AVI-to-GIF- ... 92619.html <- This is a 30-day demo, or something like that, but works great. If you want to make your own Gifs, you can either do it with a program like Photoshop or GIMP, or use a free Gif animation program. http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Mult ... mator.html

McAfee
To be honest, I like AVG even better than NOD32 and Kapersky. It's just as fast, has a great, constantly updating Virus DB (I can sometimes update 3 times a day and get new definitions each time), and is absolutely free.
-
Grand exchange database change.
True.. -.-
-
McAfee
No. Neither McAfee or Norton are worth the money. Uses waay to much cpu and ram. Virus db is slow to update. Scans are very slow.

Grand exchange database change.
This suggestion is based on the assumption that Jagex logs the trade volumes of all items sold on the Grand Exchange. This would make sense, as they cap the number of items people can trade per hour, and have a list of the most traded items. All I'd like is for Jagex to display the trade volume of EVERY item in the GE, not just the few top sellers. It doesn't seem that hard at all, and would be cool to know, as well as useful for merchanting.

DVD ripping
DVDs are very high quality video, so they're always going to be huge. If you want, you could try compressing the video with some editing software, but otherwise, I don't know.

Building A Computer?
All you really have to do is snap some stuff together. It'll take a bit to figure out a good layout, but it's pretty easy. The main thing you want to do is plan well. Make sure everything will fit in the case you buy, that the socket on the motherboard is the right kind for your processor, that your power supply will be enough, and that you have enough expansion slots/ports on the motherboard for all of the components. Actually putting it together is often the easy part.

Catch-22,Deffered Appeals.
I had the exact same thing happen to me when we were joking around in Lightning's chat. I still can't appeal it until I get 2 more Blackmarks. This makes no sense :wall:
