This happened on my uncle's Dell, but I'm not sure whether it was a glitch or not. I tried the F12 boot menu a few times, and that failed. When I went to the F2 setup, and then exited out, Windows started and my uncle hasn't shut it down since. This could be worth a try :P If it is the hard drive, you *could* buy a new hard drive, but at 7 years old, you could probably buy a $300 computer with better specs.

What's the average xp/hr and runes/hr with 1x natures and a Graahk? What's the fastest way to craft laws, and the xp/hr and runes/hr for that? Thanks in advance.

Shall game have any premium options? [Like member - pay2play better things] - I think the game should have premium options. 2. If YES, what should be premium? [ Armors, Quests, Costumes, Areas, XP Boosts or else ? ] - I don't think the the premium options should unbalance the game, but they should improve the playing experience. New armour, quests, and areas could all be part of membership. Depending on how often you're planning to add content, a one-time fee for access to the rest of the game could be effective. One thing I would not like to see is currency, a special currency, or items available for a fee.
