What people did was wrong and they should get some kind of punishment. But mass perm banning will result in everyone suffering. Even the people who didn't abuse the glitch will suffer because there will be less Jmods around to run the game. Most clan members that abused it are loyal customers and have been playing and paying membership for years. So massing banning will result in mass Jmod layoffs.

You have 123 members with 120 avg? Yea, that won't get you many wars with clans in TWR. But then again, TWR is just an activity chart so it doesn't really matter. If you are interested, we could set up a 3v1 with one of our ally clans. You don't use Swiftirc.net though so it's always hard to reach you.

I think 43. TR are mostly 124+ though and have a very tight organization. In contrast, the alliance had a lot of 100-110.

I wouldn't worry so much about competition really. Aren't there currently hundreds of good online games out there competeting with RS as it is? Just because it comes from Jagex it would make a difference? I'm sure many RS players will try it out for sure since it's getting so much publicy in RS, in forums, in RS fansites, etc. I probably will just as I have tried out Fun Orb. But I seriously doubt it will make a substantial impact on the popularity of RS.

The Exiled Alliance lost to The Rising. We pulled about 75sh and they pulled around 54. Nevertheless the fact that we were in 5 different audio systems just didn't help us get organized. It was total chaos for the alliance. But, it was fun though cuz we never war with those ops before. I hope to do it again with a similar size alliance. We just were unlucky to be matched against a clan like TR on round 1.

Everyone seems to think TR will win this one for sure. But I think that if we pull enough we should be able to beat them. Btw, The Exiled Alliance is a group of 5 small clans that signed up together: WoF, Reckoning Day, Godz, Vitalogy, The Creed. Hopefully we can work with good organization to overcome their levels and organization.

^ Yea, I'm pretty sure they meant no ML cap and not arena capacity cap. They have repeatedly said they won't change the 100 limit. I'm an RSBian so I know how Jmods think :P

My clan will probably not join it because of the way it's organized. But it should be interesting to see which of the powerhouses wins. I doubt VR will since their real strength lies in numbers and CWA has a 100 cap. It will be between DF/Cor but DI/TT also have a shot since I reckon they all can pull 100+

I give props to dw for sticking out till the end. Most clans would have left after the first half hour due to being massively outnumbered. And yea TKO is the team to be in if you are EST. All their members are from different clans. Currenlty two are from WoF.
