We had many back-up snipers that replaced the ones that died or were low in food. But at all times we had 3, or at least that's what we attempted. I think you guys thought that the rules were that we could only have 3 sets of snipers and once they died we couldn't replace. If that's the case then I regret the miscommunication and I'll make sure it's clear on both sides if we ever war again.

I think more clans should be cool about doing this. I guess it only works out with clans that are allies or that know each other well.

About a week ago we arranged a war with Mori and agreed to the following rules: -Sat 13, 4est/9gmt -Melee binds only; Fullout ; 3 sniper cap ; clan that pulls more attakcs ; no corrup allowed ; Rings allowed ; Post allowed ; w81. War started with WoF pulling 25 and Mori 23. We had good levels on them as well but we expected them to have good organization. They had some really good tanks such as pkbros and xfighter. But, as soon as we recognized who those were we switched and left them to the end. The first 5 minutes were pretty even. But after 10 minutes we were leading by 10. However, they came back and reduced the lead to 5. They put up a good fight until the end. I think it was 24v22 at start Good fight Mori. Hope to do it again.

And to think I was planning on getting 99 agility this summer. I even got it all the way up to 75. Oh well, agility has now returned to being another useless skill for me. How will it affect warring? Obviously, people who had high agility won't tank as well anymore.

Yes. No. It is also a good promotional tool. It helps get the name of your clan go around. This will help you in finding wars because clans will be more likely to war you if they have heard from you before. It will also help you recruit. It is not common for people to join clans they have never heard of.

I can't imagine how many clans will close this Fall. That season usually brings the toughest slumps and it is when clans close the most.

I would say DI because they are a top clan in both F2P and P2P. Also because they are one of the oldest of the top clans and that usually has a greater impact than say the closing of a young top clan.

If the ex-member is someone who left the clan to join another then we wont even let him in our irc lest he tries to recruit for his new clan. If the ex-member is someone who retired from RS or from clans in general then I would just tell him members takes priority over ex-members and that hell have to leave. As harsh as it might sounds, he is not worth the clan feud even if he is not the one at fault.

Yea there really aren't that many P2P pvp clans out there so you don't have much option than to fight each other. Gratz on the win.

Running out of bounds once or twice during a war is not a big deal. You just make another pile. Looks to me like PF dominated and DS was looking for an excuse -- "was" because they seemed to have closed after this lose :shock:
