They were doing great during the CWA era. They were able to beat most clans even while outnumbered. But the release of PvP worlds pretty much killed them because they weren't able to compete against the bigger clans. So many small clans dying lately is getting a little depressing -.-

Slump to me is just pulling less than what your clans is used to pulling. Internal problems could be a cause of a slump, but it's not a slump in itself. We faced that problem last summer. A lot of members wanted to do more bandos events while others wanted more wars. It was oblivious that some people were in the clan only for the bandos events and couldn't care less for our wars. It got so bad that we were pulling 20% to wars even though we only had one war per week. So on that summer we decided to ban all bandos events and to do 2-3 mandatory wars per week. This dropped our ML from 80 all the way down to 30sh. The funny thing is that we were pulling just about the same amount (this time 40%). The only real difference was that we had less inter clan fighting and we were more stable. I am not saying that a clan leader needs go the "hard" way, but instead he needs to be clear as to what he wants the clan to be so that the ones that dont like it can find happiness in another clan.

I'll definitely try it out. I don't think I'll quit RS for it since I've played many different games and I still stayed with RS and also because I am not too big with futuristic games.

Yea, lootshare/coinshare on pk trips would be nice. It would also be good having it so that the loot goes automatically to your bank regardless of its worth.

They really have been trying hard to reach out to clans since the begining of the year. I've been using RS forums clan section since 2006 and I've never seen so much involvement from Jmods to clans. It really makes me happy to see. But of course, the perception of the clan community is the opposite. They think that they have been let down by Jagex with the removal of old wildy and now with the removal pvp/bh worlds.

PA have a level 50 on their ml, that is so cool :) I wish we had one in ours :P

I guess I'm surprised TT beat DF. I always knew TT had insanly good tanks but I didn't think that would be enough to beat DF's overall organization. I was gona say DI will beat TT but now i really don't know. I hope I am able to watch it live.

3. Do you think - in general - top clans of today are as good as some of the legendary clans like DS, ZF, ... I wasn't into clans when ZF or DS were around but I dont need to have been around then to know that todays clans are better. If not, why isnt that those old clans arent around anymore? They obviously werent able to evolve and adapt to changes in the clan world like other clans could. Competition in the clan world is simply merciless.

After looking at the new BH I think this will create new pk clans that will bring "fresh blood" to the clan world. And I can see the return of many old players that quit after old wildy died.

I think it's a bad idea to keep all your events public. There are some events you don't want to make public, especially Pk trips, wars and GWD trips. Basically, the defectors want your clan dead. By keeping your event public you are inviting them to attack.
