You could do dks pretty good. Try getting 75mage and then do fire wave to 80, then get CoG(Claws of Guthix)and charge and try doing that. If you do pure dks from 75-80mage, you could make a pretty good profit.

You have a decent fishing level, try monks.

99fm won't cost much from 92 if you use gloves+ring+adze and maples. How you want to get there from 66...thats your choice.

I think magic axes used to be a place to train in the old days. You could try those spirit warrior things from Spirit of Summer...Or Summer's End...I forgot which of those unlocks that place..
