I've never really understood these people. You'd think they'd go through every possible way to prevent pregnancies or just simply not have sex. I just don't understand how you can completely ignore the rules of your religion one day and then be in full support of them the next. Tis is the way of humanity. Do what you want when it suits you. Believe in it to be true. Then say it's idiocity. Confession: I am a poet and I didn't even know it. Regret: For the most part I am a bad poet.

Jackie all the way. Sure Chuck was Super Karate Master, but Jackie was trained in the China Drama Academy; where he learned martial arts and acrobatics (from wikipedia). Many martial arts + acrobatics > one martial art. Plus if there just so happens to be any props within the general vicinity Jackie would find a way...

Her face is kind of long. I can't clop to this. Ponies have long faces. You called?

14-Sept-2011 Ritual of the Mahjarrat

[hide=spoiler] talk to ali the wise after the quest the strange power effect happens to all humans whenever a mahjarrat dies, so the implication is that, yes, bilrach died in daemonhiem [/hide] [hide]You can also assume that Bilrach attained a huge amount of power as his 'strange power' extended all over rs.[/hide] -
Tesla probably invented a time machine but decided against using it for fear of paradox.

Fan out so we can all feel the fan. Just chuck it in the fridge for me, would you Chuck? This trope was lampshaded... Hooking up with a hooker who has hooks for hands. (OHMYGODNIGHTMAREFUEL)

In steel looking armor and an ogre-like bow. Probably firing those dragonbane arrows. -
Must have been going over ancient Indian literature. [hide]In case you don't get it. Kama Sutra. And if you don't know what that is, wikipedia it. Googling it may be dangerous.[/hide]

14-Sept-2011 Ritual of the Mahjarrat
Junkmutt replied to Saradomin_Mage's topic in General Discussion
- Seriously, Azzanadra is supposed to be the champion of Zaros and one of the most powerful Mahjarrat, so why in the world was he only level 250? I have to agree with this. Although perhaps the strength of a Mahjarrat is not measured in combat level but what knowledge they have. [hide]Kinda pissed me off too when he teleported away in fear when the Dragonkin showed up, leaving me, one of his most valuable allies, to be possible ripped to shreds and charred.[/hide] - Why is Zemouregal the only Mahjarrat besides Lucien to be of a larger stature? Doesn't make sense. Zemouregal is Lucien's cousin, maybe it's in the genetics...lol - The final battle was incredibly underwhelming. It could have been an incredible fight, but it was just lackluster and silly. [hide]I wouldn't call it silly...but it was a bit lackluster, I was expecting we would kill Lucien in an awesome 1 on 1 battle to the death (his).[/hide] - The Mahjarrats' attacks were really stupid looking. Aren't these dudes supposed to be all-powerful mages? There probably were graphics/mechanical/etc problems that limited the coolness. And an attack doesn't have to look awesome just because the user is all-powerful. Rule of cool need not apply here. -
14-Sept-2011 Ritual of the Mahjarrat

Heavily implied by what? http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Bilrach [hide=quote] Bilrach did not attend to 18th Ritual of Rejuvination. This suggests that he is either dead, or much weaker due to not getting rejuvinated. If you speak to Ali the Wise after the Ritual of the Mahjarrat, he will discuss the strange power that occurred before Dungeoneering was released. He will confirm that the strange power was "A case of the wrong Mahjarrat being in the wrong place at the wrong time.." and that it was "Such a waste of power." In the quest Ritual of the Mahjarrat, when two other mahjarrat die, a similiar strange power occurs and lifts all humans present at the ritual. Ali the Wise also confirms this phenomenon, saying "When one of our kind dies, all that they were dissipates from their body." -end quote- So Bilrach finds what he's looking for in Daemonheim, but it is too powerful and it kills him (or he doesn't find it but something kills him anyway), this caused the strange power event and allowed us players to enter Daemonheim. [/hide] But how powerful would Bilrach have to have been when he died for his death to be felt so far away? Do any of the seers say anything about feeling the ritual like what they did about the opening of daemonheim? And wasnt zaros's attempt to return to the world supposed to be kept quiet for now? So why did Azzandara start blasting away with god power and shouting zaros at the top of his lungs? Wouldn't that have tipped off the half dozen most powerful zammy followers and some of the stronger saradomin followers that something was up? [hide]Because when rejuvenated he could take on entire armies by himself, Azzanadra is easily the stronegest of them. See zemourgal's notes: they were scared to free him even after he was imprisoned for more than 4-5 rituals. With him at this power level Zaros' rebirth cannot be stopped. Btw since when can a mahjarrat die from a simple wound? I thought they were kinda, immortal? (except for the ritual)[/hide] [hide]Normally a Mahjarrat wouldn't die from just a fleshwound. However, Lucien was stabbed with the Staff of Armadyl, a weapon that was capable of banishing a god.[/hide] -
14-Sept-2011 Ritual of the Mahjarrat

No you are not. Kethsi is Prince of Persia RS style. -
:o okay this is what is going to happen, based on pics. Stone of jas is going to be teleported fairy style to kethsi where the dragonkin will go all 'my precocious' then turn into jumbo dragons. Love story will be a hidden requirement and Traiborn will show up with a Thingummywut and they will fight it out godzilla style. Oh and there will be a ritual and stuff.

Yeah I liked the old demons better, I wouldn't mind if the dragons of today went on a little diet. -
Example?

I'd bet Jhallan stays alive and becomes the strongest mahjarrat... people love the underdog. Lucien gon die by my fists. Khazard is already "dead" he could probably only be killed by Sliske. OMG I just had a thought! What if Jhallan = Sliske? That would throw everyone off. Yeah I know Zemouregal had both names down but Sliske is so sneaky who knows what/who he might be disguised as. :o maybe Stone of Jas = Sliske?

Week 1 - Prayer Potion -> Patch Notes week Week 1 - Bonus XP Weekend -> Biannual Holiday Event / Recycled content Week X - RSC Reopening -> Not new content Week 2 - Ritual of the Mahjarrat -> Real Update # 1 Week 3 - New Loyalty Rewards -> Real Update # 2 Week 4 - No update week (almost like week 1) I'm not sure what hidden content update you're referring to. I consider something an update when it doesn't take me under 3 minutes to complete the entire main update. Sorry, I misread your post. I thought you said that the only real updates were BXPW and the final reopening of RSC.
-
This week was already a no update week. :P I consider patch notes an update. And there was some potion thing I think. I don't consider a potion to be a full week's worth of content. 2 real updates this month, BXP biannual holiday event and RSC opening for the last time together with some patch note updates. - I thought that was a Brutal Green Dragon, but I could be wrong. Did you forget about ROTM or do you not consider quests real updates?

They don't both actually work, do they? No, in fact, only deflect melee was enabled then. Just looked strange to me. Never try to change quick prayer/curses while climbing down a shortcut. Is it that trollheim looks a lot like it is filled with lava in the minimap? -
 I've never seen anyone happy about being called a [bleep]. Usually they are pissed. Leaving a note on my desk threatening to kill anyone who sat there during study hall. This was back in third grade and it was an empty threat, just didn't want anyone sitting at my desk and stealing my pencil sharpener. Thank god this was many years ago, if that happened now I would probably be suspended/expelled from school and going to counseling.

This thread is turning into something that should go in Off Topic of the General Forums, not General Discussion of the Runescape Forums. Anyway... the person in question said they knew that the people he sent pictures of were underage and that he figured that it was one of those "not so serious" crimes. As we now know, he was wrong. Now 15 years later (or was it 2 decades, can't remember exactly) he makes a fansite for a game he plays. There's nothing wrong in making a fansite; criminal history or not. From what I know, he hasn't done anything that violates the law in the same way as he had done 15 years previous. Then again, I am one of those people who doesn't care if an ex-burglar is a bank security guard, a murderer as a roommate, or a sex-offender running a daycare (I will probably get bashed for saying that). As long as nothing happens it's just fine. So sue me if I like to give people second chances.

No glitch but possibly a glitch. <---That sounds weird... Anyway, with the Branches of Darkmeyer quest the ability to keep your MA title was put into the game. It was either in the other news or the patch notes. It may be a glitch in that the title kinda sticks on you once you enter the MA place whether you want it or not.
