If you were going to use the graahk, you could use a ring of duelling which is about 1k gp per one. With each ring giving 8 charges, 28 x 8 = 224 pure essences per ring. 224 nature runes at market price = 54,880gp. Take away the cost of the ring and you get 53,880gp per 224 nature runes.

Trout is decent xp for its price, the only problem would be the fact that cooked trout doesnt sell. If you were going to do this, I would suggest selling it at bounty hunter, because pkers buy up food like no tomrrow.

A Jagex mod confirmed that it isnt reportable, you get no benefit out of it and it doesnt help you in any way. I know how it used to be done, but they fixed it and you have to keep the interface open to keep the skull, which means a lot of fast clicking.

Crafting or Construction are my favourite, you spend a few million and you can level them quite quickly :)

It was a glitch which allowed you to summon a karamthulhu before the initail release of summoning. It was fixed by a jagex mod, where if a player tried to replicate the glitch, the message: "sorry, you'll have to wait a little longer for one of those :-)" would appear in your chatbox.

I think its because they want attention. Jagex states that having a boyfriends or girlfriend over rs is Solicitation. But to be honest, if you can't get a boyfriend/girlfriend irl, you need to get out more, not try your luck at finding someone online who could be something other than you thought.

People dont sell water runes at the rate of other runes such as fires, minds and airs. Most probably because the required amount of time to runecraft water runes is too high to be worth slightly more than other runes. Or perhaps the xp gain isnt worth the time, so much more common items are runecrafted such as air runes. Items used in the smithing skill can sometimes be hard to sell. For example, I went to the aviansies and got 408 bars. I went to the Grand Exchange and tried to sell them. Nothing. Put them on at lowest. Still nothing. After maybe 8-9 hours they sold. So it is probably just down to bad luck.

I think teleport tablets would be a good way to train magic, I got from 55 to 83 (so far) making teleport tablets and made a decent 10mil+ profit out of it. Good luck on your goals.

Goals: With the buyable skills, I have decided to take a methodical approach to levelling them without losing lots of cash very fast. Basically, every once in a while I will level 1 to two levels in 1 or 2 skills. This removes some boredom and keeps my levels equal. Currently I am trying to get all members skills to 50. For the moment, all my members skills (except those above 60 or 70) will be levelled until they are 50. Once they get to 50, they will be levelled to 60. Once they reach 60, they will then go up to 70. Current/Current Goal/Main Goal Thieving: 50/50/70 Agility: 50/50/70 Herblore: 50/50/70 Fletching: Goal Achieved. Yeah i think he sold them underground as well, so I suppose what you did was a good thing. Anyway, it looks to me like you went through the whole guide and changed every little bit to perfection so awesome ;)
