Don't be like this! I love snow... But we've never had school cancelled due to snow. Rather the opposite, cause here the schools are always warm and it is even as a principle that children of less well-off families who can't afford or somehow are unable to have properly heated houses when the real colds come (-30C and so) could go somewhere warm.

What Game(s) Did You Last Get and What Are You Playing?
Completed AC: Syndicate and playing Watch Dogs 2. Quite fun. The zipline thing was better in Arkham games, but overall was impressed. Watch Dogs 2 is quite good. A GTA clone, but the hacking system and specially the RC stuff is fun. Currently trying to get into the LAN party with my mates back home. 6 of them playing in local LAN and me trying to enter with Tunngle or Hamachi... So far nothing has worked.

Nice one, I still have a few years to go, once I get back to studying... Saw the new Star Wars. It was... good. Spoilers avoid you must, it twists is that movie make. Spent half the day trying to figure out the technical fault to cause the bloody rear brake light not to work on my bike. Took apart every single electrical thing, cut quite a few wires and rejoined them (properly, smoldering together and covering with melted on rubber cover), cleaned all the fuses and relays. And the bulb was out. It was pretty much the last thing we checked. Got the new bulb from a standing Toyota Land Cruiser :D Got a new tent and gonna do first overnight trip here on this island. Gonna see how motorcycle touring looks like.

I wish more game companies took example from CD Projekt RED. Whenever possible, I get my games from GoG. In other news, damn how I love my new bike. Did 700 k's on it in 3 days. Pretty much hard for me to break any laws, cause it doesn't get up to high speeds as it's just a 225cc bike, but oh how bloody fun it is in legal speeds. Sweet as, bro.

Gonna pick up a Yamaha ST225 Bronco on Friday. Can't possibly be more excited. Gonna be my first real motorcycle. Now to get it equipped with all the necessary farkles and perform the necessary maintenance. Slowly getting homesickness. Been living away for half a year in total now. Found out my grandma has cancer and surgery in a few days. Miss speaking my mother tongue. I mean, South Aucklandish is cool and all, but bro, you can't aks me to go all Maori bro.

As I'm already living on a backpack (ok, 2 of them), I am quite certain I can figure out a way to fit all my belongings on a motorcycle. While living alone and mostly eating out I doubt it's harder to get groceries than it is now anyways, when I have to either take buses or rely on uber, as buses take forever here. I lived 3 years having a scooter as a primary means of transport, as I was a youngster and I got car license just this year, so I think I can handle it. Also, South Island of New Zealand is a motorcycle riders' paradise. Currently looking at a retro bike from 1997, looking mint and relatively fresh km wise, Yamaha tech, super reliable, and I'd actually be able to ride it back home without limitations. As it's value is low, the carnet would also be cheap and as it is superlight and small in general the shipping costs would also be quite a bit lower than on any larger bikes. I'd even be able to register it back in my homeland, as it is older than 2004.

I guess it is just so everyday thing now, bad things come up in so huge amount that we can't be bothered anymore. Also, bloody hell, half of that stuff was something more-or-less possible anyway. Today, took part of my first PDGA sanctioned disc golf tournament. Gonna be tomorrow aswell. My arm is sore already.

Manual labor job possibilities?
I used to lift dead topics out of obscurity. Meanest muscles I've ever had after that.

[bleep]. I think I pulled my back at work last night. Everything's a pain. Also, it's funny how the local version of the DMV is a dreadful experience everywhere you go. Back in my homeland, queues to do your exams for licenses are over a month for nearly anything. Luckily you can do nearly everything online and even if you do have to go to the office the experience is generally nice, fast and quick. Here in New Zealand there is no central authority for licensing, which is pretty freaking weird in my opinion. Nevertheless, at the VTNZ I had to wait an hour and a half until someone finally took a look at my filled form, which they had had for all the time, had me pay the fees and take a photo, just to tell me to come back in a few days to do the theory test. [bleep] yeah, coming in while working at nightshift. Like I have too much sleep anyway, worked 68 hours last week.
