Why is #relationshipthread invading the Today? 3 days of hardcore drinking, performances and fun. Total of 3,5h of sleep, sth like 40 beers, 2 bottles of vodka, 20 long drinks and some cocktails in between. It was rough, so tired, and still hungover.

I like to think of the Relationship thread as kinda the diary for my older thoughts and feelings. Mistakes to be learnt from. Also, 8 years is not that much, as long as you're both legal. And it kinda is a generational thing, it is surprising how much the younger menfolk rely on memes and dickpics to let smash. And I've never heard of it working. It's been a weird as autumn. Had some snow 2 weeks ago, but long gone and now it's been over a week of about +10 and misty rain pretty much non-stop. Also, feels weird being and living at my parents' house. Just don't feel like I'm at home here now, after having lived away for 5 years. Yet due to my mum's situation I am not moving out until she dies (which most probably isn't too far off)...

Finally bought Metro 2035, so I'm working my way through the whole trilogy again. Damn that is some good, if not the best dystopian series.

I generally get the "super long" sleeves but they hardly are super long. On dress shirts you can't really lengthen it indeed, but coats and jackets often have enough of spare material on the ends turned over that it can be opened from the seam and lengthened.

My main issue with all coats and shirts and stuff is that the sleeves are way too short. The curse of being a lanky dude... Luckily the sleeves are one of the easiest things to tailor, if not the easiest.

My mum got told yet again that she has just months to live... Tbh, I just want her sufferings to end. Would be easier for everyone. I haven't had proper sleep since July, cause my mum has been up moaning and walking nearly 24/7. I just can't handle the moans and screams anymore. She is my mum, but I just want it to end.

I got called out for being too slim/weak this week... If I hadn't done heaps off pull-ups and trained my back this summer, I would've been doomed :D But man, I am pretty much underweight right now... I would probs be in a relationship right now, but the girl had decided long ago before meeting me to head to land Down Under. Oh well, sometimes lose, always win.
