It's entirely possible to mess up both Scout and Medic. Also, BB can be very effective in pubs where medics are generally bad. I'd never use it in a game with competent players but it's quite powerful when you're medic-less.

Yeah this, also I find the best way to fix your sleeping pattern is to force yourself to get up at a consistent time and don't take naps during the day. For example, I get up at 9:00 AM sharp every day even if I have nothing to do, regardless of how late I was up the night before, etc, etc...and I haven't had trouble falling asleep in years.
