Go to a Grand Exchange Clerk and right-click. You will see an option "Sets". Click that and search in the list for "Steel armour set (l)" Then right click on the set in your inventory and there will be an option "Exchange".

Whats best (cheapest) to alch? I used to have my own home-made guide on this, but the G.E prices changed to much to keep track of the prices. But anyone knows what is most cheap to alch? Assume I buy nats at approx. 240g/ea. Cheapest I've seen so far is 19gp loss (Blue D'hide Vambs)
