I'm sorry. Yeah, for real. It's a coast to coast shopping mall with lots of fat people. THAT'S ABOUT IT. Heh, well I'm looking forward to it anyway  (If it works out that is)

  3. Currently seems like Fabrice Muamba is fighting for his life after collapsing during the spurs vs bolton game, horrific. The players have been taken off and the game will presumably be called off. Can only hope that Muamba pulls through.

I found out today that I may have the chance to go to USA to study for a year next year, as part of my Degree. It may not work out, but I'm hopeful that it will. It looks like there are 3 possible places that I might be able to go to.
  5. A comparison, now I'm back home
  6. As with most my home connection is rubbish, but I can only show my uni connection atm
  7. Got back from Wembley at around midnight last night. Delighted to win the cup, it was a good effort by Cardiff though. Wembley was very nice, was a great view, very good day overall  ...though the less said about Charlie Adam's penalty, the better
  8. I'll be following this, good luck with your goals
  9. Great 6-1 win for Liverpool today, though helped by 3 own goals  FA Cup 6th Round Draw: 1 Liverpool v Stoke City 2 Chelsea or Birmingham City v Leicester City 3 Stevenage or Tottenham Hotspur v Bolton Wanderers 4 Everton v Sunderland
  10. Runescape was pretty much the first video game I played properly too, as I didn't have access to consoles ect. It may be a strange choice but i'm still playing so I'd say it was a good one :P In terms of advice all I can say really is explore everything you can, though it will probably be overwhelming at first. I'll add you in-game too when I'm next online.
  11. Agreed, I'd rather focus on the actual football. Liverpool were set-up very poorly, I don't understand, for instance, why Carroll didn't start after (relatively) good recent performances. He may well not have had a massive effect, but had done nothing to deserve being dropped, whereas Downing has done nothing to justify his selection. Man united played well and deserved the win, I was particularly impressed with Valencia.
  12. Abysmal by Liverpool today, well deserved by United. Stewart Downing in particular offered nothing, I try and back players as much as I can but he has shown nothing since signing. Overall a disgusting 'performance'. And I may as well mention it, the hand-shake should probably have been removed (as it was with Chelsea vs QPR, I believe) to keep the focus on the game. However, as it wasn't, Suarez should have shaken Evra's hand, regardless of him feeling wronged etc. as he represents Liverpool Football Club, and as such should show respect. Evra also should not have celebrated as he did so close to Suarez (I can't really have any complaints that he celebrates like that in general, but so close to Suarez wasn't needed). Both sides could have dealt with it with a lot more dignity (including certain post-match comments). I hope things will begin to calm down now, but that's not very likely.
  13. I've just recieved an email saying that I have been successful in the ballot for getting a ticket to the Carling Cup final  It will be the first final I've attended so I'm looking forward to it. Unfortunately however my dad didn't get a ticket.
  14. http://www.thefa.com/England/News/2012/080212.aspx Capello resigns as England manager.
  15. I didn't see that (the eye gouging). Again, if intentional, not nice to see at all. Another thing to add about the game, Andy Carroll is slowly but surely getting better, great to see him putting effort in now, whereas before he looked like he didn't care. Still a long way to go for him, but the last few games have been promising at least.
  16. The kick was stupid (if he meant it) and could have been a red card (again, if he meant it). I didn't see any eye gouging at all to be honest, could've missed it though. Without wanting to get into a big debate, personally, after looking through the report etc. I also feel he shouldn't have been banned. I would never defend racism, and If I thought he was racist/had intentionally and properly racially abused Evra I would fully back any punishment given, and not want him anywhere near the club, but I believe otherwise. Anyway, 0-0 is not a bad result vs Spurs, but I felt we should've won. Edit: Doesn't look intentional to me (still foolish though). On further viewings I'm not sure at all to be honest
  17. Ah that was probably the reason, no worries.
  18. I just did it ingame with no problems to someone I stood next to and made sure they didn't talk for a period of time. They were fletching. I got the "Thank-you, your abuse report etcetc" message. Hmm, I just did the same thing a couple of times and was told it only applies to people who have spoken/traded recently, I also checked when looking over the article with the same result, not sure why then.
  19. This is untrue. You can toggle right-click reporting and report someone even if they haven't spoken recently. And for every one they miss, they hit another and revert name changes. But the biggest problem with the Offensive Username is directly related to the mishandling of the Offensive Language rule and reports in general. Actually, even with right-click reporting on, it still says the rule only applies to players who have spoken/traded recently.
  20. Today I got my 3rd 99 - Attack: Thanks to Zeei for coming along (no party or anything was planned), though I messed up the picture and blocked the message  (I've also just noticed some 'unique' support in the chat due to my typo) Here's my stats overall now:
  21. Triple-post I guess  FA Cup 5th Round Draw: Liverpool v Brighton Everton v Blackpool or Sheffield Wednesday Chelsea v Birmingham Crawley v Stoke Stevenage v Tottenham Norwich v Leicester Sunderland or Middlesbrough v Arsenal or Aston Villa Millwall or Southampton v Bolton
  22. Just back from Anfield, we're going to Wembley!
  23. All the best people have 80+ all skills :shades: Congrats
  24. Very nice idea, would make sense and shouldn't take too much effort to implement (I'd assume not anyway). Simple yet effective
