Yep, move along people, nothing to see here.

Dusty, how the hell did you notice that. I was staring at South Africa for like two minutes before I saw it, and that was after you said it was there.

Actually Dusty, I think that is a legitimate tactic. Except, not just a single case, some kind of superbug for computers that you specifically use to target certain computers.

Public Relations are your friend. If people take note that Australia seems to be incredibly caring about the little people who get wrapped up in war, then it'll help me out in the future if I ever want to take a country or incite a rebellion.

Australia cannot ignore the apparent slaughtering of civilians in Portugal, and begins sending propoganda across S-Net about it. Dawn guards are ready and waiting. What say you, Spain?

Okay then. Work on exoskeletons makes a breakthrough, with a basic exosuit which is semi-mass producable. It wont be put into production until the research is finished entirely. Genetic research is now focused on increasing muscle efficiency and strength, and respiration.

Retech, putting Algae in the sea is a horrible idea which would likely destroy the ecosystem. Please refrain from destroying something as important as the ecosystem.

We're just assuming you took the country without force, like everyone else did, Sage.

Sae, why not just create a scythe with a gun barrel as a handle, making it a gun and a piece of medieval weaponry in one. I think Mexico has an army of about 200,000 already, by the way. You get a new title by posting, but that has nothing to do with the game so much as it does with the entire forum. One more thing...People don't take kindly to chemical weapons. Australia sends four night wolf squads into Uzbekistan for the usual assessment and report.
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
A single night wolf squad is sent into the conflict in portugal, to assess the situation and report back. Dawn guards are immediately alerted to the attacking of civilians in Nigeria, and will be sent in to defend them if nothing is done to rectify it.

Nanotech would take longer than two years, since it so useful.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Icu, you both took the side your countries were closest too, so generally, the attacks in the area that you went for (The area closest to your border) was taken roughly unnopposed.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Wait, for that nano spring idea wouldn't carbon nanotubes be needed? Since they can't be mass produced yet (I think there might be one person on this thread who can, but I can't remember who) it would be very difficult to use effectively. Australia continues it's projects, with new genetic mods under development, and exoskeleton improvement and such.

I prefer medieval weaponry too. You might want to check out the dungeoneering thread. This game just isn't about that sort of thing, y'know?

Flavour Shmavour. Guns instead of bows for me, thanks.
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Regardless, a gun is about 10 times more efficient than a bow. I fail to see the effectiveness of your "strategy"... You intend to send your entire army on a suicide mission when (If) it comes to war?
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Oookay... although most people's soldiers have body armour which could resist pretty much any bow which could be realistically fired, so you may want to bear that in mind.
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
swords and bows wont serve you very well against rockets and bullets. I think you are mistaking the game slightly.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Icu, this isn't really a vote. I'm always on the lookout for good PR. Also, Australian military will be undergoing further reforms, with each squad being called a chapter, and honours will be bestowed upon the chapter as well as the individual soldier, if needed. The different types will still maintain their class names (Dawn guard, night wolf, strike hawk etc.). Each chapter will have more members in it than the current squads.

Australia sends in a single squad of night wolves for recon in Mongolia, and readies Dawn Guards for action if any reports are heard from the wolves concerning mistreatment of civilians and/or war crimes. (Need to get involved. Helping civilians in times of war is good PR.)

Dungeoneering
As long as you're okay with doing it again.
-
Dungeoneering
Huh? Oh man, totally forgot about this. I'll go if Archi gives meh the stats.
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Sere, can you moderate the stuff in mongolia, and the other crazy stuff that's been going on?

Ares creates a wall of solid light between him and the mob using his mirror, then makes it shift into a wall of spikes to impale them.
-
Dungeoneering
Ares launches a horizontal blade of light at the midsection of the crowd, amplifying it using the mirror.
