Earth- The rock explodes in your face, dealing some moderate damage. Igos- "Excellent! I have lair in the north, here is a map to get there with. I look forward to working with you" Grim- You detect nothing out of the ordinary.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
I do not agree with that. I was involved because I thought Retech was becoming too powerful, too quickly. The 30% GDP loss was my very much desired outcome, and I don't want to give that up.

Rocco- You kill several orcs. The others begin firing arrows at you, but they miss. +.2 fire. Igos- The lich flicks through the book. "Hmm... I believe I already have read this book. However, I can see some great potential in you for the art of necromancy. I don't know what it is, but how would you like to become my apprentice?" Jen- "This artifact...where did you get it? It hums with an otherwordly vibe like something I have no sensed before." Earth- You create a rock of sound which will explode when broken. +.2 sound magic. Grim- You can't make it any larger without making it unstable.

Earth, post them individually.

Rocco- You spot a group of orcs wandering the plains. Igos- "My my my, I am popular today. As I told the last person, I will only willingly give up my time for magical artifacts." Jen- "No clue." Grim is outside behind two ballistas. Grim- You charge a large fireball. (I assume it was a fireball? You didn't specify, soo...)

You actually stopped most of the missiles. Also, being scared to fight is realistic. It's why countries in real life don't invade because "I want moar land." The only way the plan would have worked is with ICBMs. Even together, we had little chance of victory without them.

Jen- "Find a nest I guess. A pheonix might be kind enough to give you a set of feathers." Rocco- The Proto-lich calls you an "Insolent dog" before continuing along his way. You find nothing of note. Earth- You fail to enchant a rock with necromantic energy. Igos- You spot the Proto-lich on the plain. Grim- You create another bolt. You note that some of the lich's minions bear the markings of Exile.

Jen- "You would need more reagents. A set of pheonix feathers, for a start." Earth- You need to use a specific type of magic. Using four in the same action is kind of system abuse. Rocco- "Aah, price. I have no desire for the coins of mortals, what I desire is power. Any magical object or artifcts would be sufficient to buy my time. I'd even settle for items of Potential power, at a stretch." Grim- You create a second ballista. +.1 crafting.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
I don't have any ICBMs. It's just that I find the concept absurd. Retech, even if ICBMs are banned, I don't think the damage should be reversed.

Jen- "Nobody in the tower can use powerful enough summoning magic for that. The only summoner we have is still a rookie. Even if he could, this golem looks too far gone." Hakon- The armour slowly begins to grind into life. It asks "Where am I?" Grim- You note Rocco talking to the Proto-lich. You create a mediocre ballista and bolt. Rocco- "I require something in return for my services. You're lucky, if I were a true lich by now, or even a demi-lich, I'd have already left.

So you Are just quitting because of the damage, and trying to hide it under "I'm busy otherwise I would" If you weren't, you wouldn't be bothering getting teh damage reversed, since it's going to take up the same amount of your time up either way. I'm pretty close to quitting as well. Banning ICBMs is absurd. And Australian missile defenses for missiles which can't actually reach me! Wow!

Jen- "I swear I will track you down and kill you for what you did to my brother -Hunter" Hakon- "A trivial task." The mage takes the helmet, waves his hand and chants for a while, and then hands it back to you. Earth- You create a hatchery. +.1 masonry. (1 move per turn. DO NOT POST TWICE PER ROUND. I've told you that before. Grim- It isn't in the tower. It's on the grass plains nearby. Rocco- "I do not care for fire magicks, having long since learned what I needed to know of them." You gain .2 fire xp anyway.
-
The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
That's absurd. Now all the money I spent on missile defense is gone.

Earth- Then instead, you succeed in casting a spell to make the statue glow. +.1 alchemy. You create the two rooms. Masonry +.2 (I'd really rather you didn't put that in your sig. The less said about that the better.) Rocco- The figure throws back his hood to reveal a skull, with some metal frame on it. He is a proto-lich, so luckily he is not all that powerful. He begins talking in an echoing voice, likely through magic due to being skeletal "Give me a reason to help you, human." Hakon- The mages ask why you wish to have the helm enchanted, and with what. Grim- "There are probably some records in the basement, but it'd take us ages to dig them out. Sorry." Jen- There are no traps. There is a note pinned to a nearby tree with a dagger.

Earth- Rooms can be made and used, but a "Dungeon heart" will do nothing. Hakon- Very high level animating or summoning magic, and a few other methods which are unknown at the current time. The smith finishes creating the helm and hands it to you. Rocco- You begin to think a telescope might make this easier. You see a group of random undead, and a robed figure at the back. Jen- The voices cackle menacingly. You come to the exit, and the footsteps fade out after a few metres. Grim- "We have run out of focusing stones. We expect some more to be delivered shortly, though." You fail to make your fire hotter.

Rocco- The mage explains that some of his colleagues have been hearing about you randomly setting burning things for no reason. He asks you to not burn things unless you actually have some intention behind it, or practise magic in some way which doesn't endanger lives. Earth- Not how we play it here. A dungeon is a dungeon. It isn't alive, and it wont attract creatures on it's own. You have to capture or otherwise summon creatures and traps. Jen- You see a faint trail of footsteps leading away from you. You hear whispers in your head again. Hakon- The blacksmith begins work on the helmet. You fail to create any prisms and manage to electrocute yourself. (It doesn't have a heart to begin with, and geomancy wont control a golem. You'd need other kinds of magic to do that sort of thing.) Grim- "We can only teach you in something you already have a grasp of." +.3 fire magic. There are no tasks available.

Never buy used PC games.

Rocco- You float past the Ivory tower. One of the mages shouts at you, but you can't really hear him. Jen- You are washed to a nearby bank. Earth- Dungeon heart...? Wut? Hakon- You create exactly two prisms. Lucky you. (You can't defibrilate a rock.)
-
Dungeoneering
Earth- You create a statue of a tree. +.2 masonry. Rocco- You take off. +.1 ballooning. Hakon- You create seven prisms. Unfortunately, due to the ease of the task (Along with repeated actions), you gain no xp. Jen- The golem has ceased to function. You think following the way the swordsman left to be a good idea, since he probably knows the way out. (Hakon, it's a rock. You can't defibrilate a rock.) Grim- You fail. You think that stable hot ice would be incredibly difficult to do. It explodes instantly due to the rate at which it becomes vapour, expanding, but quickly freezing again due to the magic, which causes ice shards to fly everywhere.

Erm...do you pay attention to page number? Or time, for that matter. Or reading a post which is TWO POSTS ABOVE YOURS. All three work. Try them before jumping to some illogical conclusion. Also, yeah, whatever. You guys can start.

Last roll. I'll be woken up earlier tommorow for unimportant reasons, so I need to get to sleep earlier. Rocco- The citizens ignore you and continue throwing, but you manage to get away. Jen- He thawed out. the freezing ray heads directly at the swordsman, but the flail user jumps in the way. He is frozen solid, and falls to the floor and shatters. The swordman shouts "Arthur, no!" before standing stunned for a few seconds in shock, then running around the corner. You note a life crystal nearby, but you think it is probably too late. You hear a splash, and realise the person has jumped into the water. You think you have gained yourself and archrival. Umbra- You arrive in a large armoury. You look around and see that the walls are lined with magic weapons, armours, and various glowing trinkets. You note Caladburn hanging in the corner. Hakon- The fletcher does not practise magic. Nobody seems to want to buy your lessons, any mages you find can work out how to make it very quickly. The fletcher offers to buy a dozen for 240 gold. Kemios- You create an amulet which morphs to become a figurine of the wearers greatest rival when worn. +.3 transmog. Earth- You create your room and realise you have just trapped yourself in a pit. Igos- Archarnis notes that the mage wakes up just fine. He was just tired. You arrive at the goblin village.
-
Dungeoneering
Kemios- You create a supply of trinkets. +.4 smithing. Jen- The swordsman ducks, and stabs through your leg, making you fall over. He runs over to his comrade, helps him up, and then the two start running to the end of the corridor. Rocco- Messed up my storyline <_< You lose 1.9 xp. The people in Exile remember the guy who randomly decided to blast some houses, and pelt you with rocks, moderately damaging you. Hakon- "Never been one fer magic m'self. I don't want yer trinkets." Umbra- "Bah, we already destroyed the staff and the gem, since we couldn't find any use for them. The sword is in the basement. I'll have some guards escort you." Earth- You create a small cave. You dig yourself into a pit. +.1 mining.
