  1. Australia continues developing exosuits and genetic research.
  2. They aren't as effective as you might think. Plus, you'll pretty much get no xp for them.
  3. Last roll. Earth- You mine some more iron. Jen- You damage a wraith. Grim- You damage all the wraiths, but fail to kill any. The flash does nothing. Igos- "You cannot truly understand the undead till you join their ranks. Is there anybody who could possibly take your place?"
  4. Earth- You mine a small piece of quartz. [hide=stats] Swordsmanship .1 Skinning .2 Mining .5 Masonry .8 Alchemy .1 Sound magic .2 Summoning .6 Intelligence .5 [/hide] Rocco- You summon the goblins and set off for Ivory. 5 minutes. Grim- You kill another wraith. +.1 fire. Jen- They hide in the shadows, so there is no way of telling. Your attack does very little damage. Igos- "And you don't think necromancy would stain your name as it is...?" They are just regular families, no special skills.
  5. Rocco- You fail to summon anything. Earth- You mine some iron. +.2 mining. Jen- You kill one of the wraiths. +.1 ice. Grim- You fail to kill any of the wraiths.
  6. Earth- You mine some clay. +.1 mining. Rocco- "Uh, yeah..where was it you said? Ivory tower...Uuuh, I heard of a place like that west of here. I think." Jen- You attack the wraiths, who appear to be fairly resistant to ice. Grim- You kill one of the wraiths with your arrows, and then they all attack. You manage to block. +.2 archery. Igos- "What possible duties could divert you from immortality?" There are 3 families, but they seem to have let themselves in and settled down.
  7. Grim- You already cleared the first room a while back. You note a group of wraiths in the next room. Rocco- "You..You're not an imp..." Jen- You charge a bolt of ice energy as you follow Grim. However, it will make you slightly less perceptive to your environment. Igos- The lich looks different from before due to becoming a full lich. There is a chain pinned from where a heart would be to his hip. "Hello, apprentice. I noticed that you seem powerful enough to begin the path to lichdom, but you have not. Why is this?"
  8. Rocco- Nothing happens. Suddenly, the world begins to change, and you end up appearing in front of a random adventurer, who looks rather shocked. Earth- The two dots hit each other and you suddenly wake up. You feel as if you have somehow gotten smarter. +.5 intelligence. Jen- You clear the ice off your face and then go to the cave.
  9. Earth- You reach out to grab the dot to realise it is actually about 2 feet in front of your face. Grim- No. Rocco- You accidentily unsummon yourself and arrive in a misty forest.
  10. Earth- You fail. It's not so much a skill puzzle as a logic puzzle. Grim- You detect several rooms, a lot of footprints, and large tremors deep inside the dungeon. Rocco- You heal your arm, albeit shoddily. The merceneries do not carry much, but you nab 5 healing potions and 210 gold. Jen- No, it doesn't. It has an average amount of power for a wisp of it's size (Not that much) You accidentily shoot ice backwards and freeze your face.
  11. You do.
  12. Earth- Nothing happens. You begin to suspect that they don't even produce any light, and are just dots. Rocco- Some are still alive. You kill the other three because they fail to do anything. +.1 fire. Jen- The wisp fires some weak shards at the tree. The beams of light do nothing. Kay, but it already has a name. Not that you would be able to prenounce it without cutting out your tongue, but I think it'd only really understand if you referred to it as wisp. Grim- You arrive at the start of the dungeon.
  13. Hi, I'm back. You can start again.
  14. Yar, t'is a ghost town in here. I'm going to play NWN for a few hours.
  15. Yesss...
  16. You rolled bad.
  17. I never said the two dots were exits.
  18. Taking a break till more people arrive.
  19. Umbra- You see a pair of people with clothing which matches the groups go into the city. Earth- It's a lateral thinking puzzle. You have two options, solve it, or suicide and lose most of your xp.
  20. Umbra- You note a fairly large town, with a lot of travellers going into the gates. Jen- Liches aren't always evil. Just usually. The lich sends a response which essentially says "GTFO." The ice wisp is a ball of frozen fire. It can cast ice magic and such. Earth- You appear to make no progress in any direction.
  21. Earth- It's a puzzle. No can do. Umbra- "Probably to the nearby town." Jen- It appears to be a familiar. It does not change form, and is still a ball of blue fire. You fail to create a band. Suddenly, the sky turns dark and you all hear a resounding crash in the distance. It feels as if a million voices suddenly cried out to say "Oh crap". It would appear that the Proto-lich has used the power of the dark chain to skip Demi-lichdom altogether and become a full lich.
  22. Earth- You appear to make no progress towards the dots of light. Rocco- You succeed in burning the people. +.2 nature, +.1 fire. The goblins fail to cast anything, but luckily move out of the way of any attacks. Jen- (Yeah, reagents take many shapes and forms, but they're just magical ingredients) The Ice Wisp floats in a circle. The lich responds "Work it out yourself." You fail to create a water rope. Umbra- There are no tracks left.
  23. Jen- 13.8. It would appear the book was actually a reagent in the spell. The ice Wisp hovers in front of you. Earth- You find no walls. Rocco- The injured goblin is stabbed before he does anything. You kill another person, but recieve an arrow to the shoulder. The two goblins kill another two people, there are four left. +.2 fire. Umbra- Surprisingly, you find nothing.
  24. Rocco- The group spots the goblins, and proceeds to kill one and injure the other. Rocco manages to kill a few more people, there are seven left, the two goblins kill another one. +.2 fire. Jen- You realise after completing the summoning ritual (Which is strange, since normally you wouldn't be able to) that the book detailed the creation of an icy Will o' Wisp, not a prism. The book seems to react with the casting of the spell and ink begins leaking from the centre of the page and obscuring the text. Earth- You wake up in a long tunnel. At least, you think it's a tunnel, due to the dots of light you can see in the distance of both sides (Lateral thinking puzzle, hurrah!)
  25. Jen- "Perhaps." He takes the chain and sets off to his lair in the north. You study the notebook. +1 ice magic. The book details how to create a magical ice prism, which seems interesting. Rocco- The mercenaries are surprised by the attack, and several of them are killed instantly. The others begin firing magic and arrows at you, and puncture the balloon. You parachute down. +.1 fire, +.1 ballooning. Earth- You fail again.
