Ares sighs quickly, and begins dodging the rocks and throwing arcs of light energy at the people in extreme succession.

Ares creates another flash to blind them all before they get a good view of him, and then jumps from tree to tree using his wings.

Ares starts hovering slightly above the ground using his wings in an effort to make less noise, and flies up into a tree.

Ares uses a flash of light to blind everyone, then runs quickly to another nearby location from which to view the search party. Kowing they will run, he makes sure to keep up with them, still attempting to stay out of sight.

Ares stays out of view and inspects the search party.

Ares writes "I see...I shall try to prevent too many humans visiting if I can, since it would probably make some of your friends and the others in the village uncomfortable." He then thanks the person and sets off for the Eastern lands. He tries to avoid roads and paths, instead sticking to forest and undergrowth besides them. He keeps a watch for anything interesting.

Ares asks the person if he could give a brief summary of the history, or what he knows of it, and Ares begins listening and writing it down.

Ares writes "I guess it's easier when you're raised to speak it. Anyways, I have much to talk about..." He then explains about the task he has been sent on, asking if the person knows where he can obtain a Nyseer history book of some kind, and then explains about the second part of his task, which is inspecting the eastern lands. He makes sure to speak it clearly, as well as writing it, and adds a note at the end "Is me speaking and writing at the same time helping at all?"

Ares smiles in appreciation of the person speaking English, and asks if he can come inside. He writes a note to accompany the request, to try to help him understand.

Ares arrives at the Nyseer village, and goes to the house of the person he met before, knocking on his door and waiting for an answer.

Ares thanks the mage, equips the artifacts, grabs a notebook and something to write with, and then sets off towards the Nyseer Village. (30 mins till arrival I guess. Unless the quicksilver cloak shortens the travel time?)

Ares takes the box, and then checks if he has got the herb(s) he needed, before heading back to Ivory if he has.

Well, the UN has already said that orbital weaponry is banned, so I'll just dissassemble it with their assistance. Because orbital weaponry screws the game up. When you can pretty much use the equivilent of a nuke and your opposition has absolutely no way of stopping it and very little in the way of preventing it from firing, it's just a little screwed up.

So what have you been doing? I assumed the 3 1/2 years spent on it was to build it...
