((All the undead crumbled into black powder, which I quickly absorbed, Grim)) Ares used Psyche to quickly take the bullets into his dimension, and then opened another portal next to Hex's head, redirecting the bullets. While this happened, Ares had quickly used that same power to move next to Hex, sheathing Thanatos and instead using Maken Valborg again, he delivered a series of swipes in Hex's general direction.

((It's a joke, anyways, I'll just assume I collected the water in a bottle for later use.)) Ares rematerialized to the side of Hex, swining both swords inwards towards his neck.

Ares teleports next to the fountain, drinks from it, and wishes for ten more wishes. He then wishes to become totally invincible and wishes to save the other wishes for later. ((Really, Hex? Perhaps next time you should think it through before you change the scenery to bring yourself back to life, instead of just accepting defeat and rejoining again the next day.))

You could consider it a killing blow, if you will. Because honestly, you say "AIM FOR MY HEART/HEAD" then when we do, you pull that smoke BS and practically make yourself invincible. So there, you're stuck in another dimension. We can feed Doom's tech tree steroids and then use that.

Ares blocked the bullets using another of his angelbone shields, and retreived another bottle, capturing Hex inside it once again. He threw down a smoke bomb while he left the arena to retrieve his other swords, and returned with Maken Valborg in one hand, Helios sheathed next to his hip, and a new sword in his other hand. "This is my third sword, Psyche. With this sword, I'm going to send you onto another plane of existance" he stated, before pointing the tip of the blade at the jar which Hex was contained in. In a red flash, the jar had disappeared, gone into the dimension that Psyche controlled.

But there isn't any real point, considering we aren't going to go past perhaps about 1850 in terms of technology. PS, basic techtree. [hide=tech tree] [/hide]

Hex's focus diverted by his incantations, Ares lunged at him from behind, his Maken Valborg aimed directly at Hex's heart.

Mather, no. We are having advancements, but we will never get to things like atomic science, planes etc. That would ruin the point of the game, and the warfare system would be ruined by having large populations etc.

Hex, having not reacted to the shield, still had not noticed that a shell of angelbone was slowly closing around him, and still not realising that nothing corporeal can shatter angelbone, his shots simply bounced off of the edge and started rebounding off the shell, probably hitting him at the same time. ((Not godmodding fyi, you didn't react to the shield. Also, being OP does NOT make you able to decide if something is overpowered. You're the only one that has a problem with my shield, Hex)) Ares continued to walk towards the shell that was closing around Hex, paying no attention to the fight going on around him. He was going to settle his debt, here and now.

((Sorry, I went to watch a movie)) The three wraiths stopped mid-flight, clutching their heads as if they were in pain. That must be Kemios's astroprojections taking effect. Unfortunately, Kemios had soon drawn his focus away from the shield and onto Hex, allowing Ares to take control again. The wraiths and undead all disintegrated into a black powder, which was drawn towards Ares' shield ((Which is still there. Hex, just because you're the thread owner does not make you the god of all things here.)) From within the shield came a murmer, and suddenly, a shield forms around all of the walls, slowly closing, but releasing everyone save for Hex, whom the shield continues to close around. Ares' shield, however, begins to crack, and soon shatters into nothing more than dust, Ares begins slowly walking out into the arena and towards the cage which is slowly closing around Hex.

Noting the new weapon which Hex had spawned, Ares created another cage of angel bones around him. "You guysssss are really annoying me nowww..." The wraith whispered. ((Somehow I don't think sand can do much to an ethereal being :blink: ))

Ares, now controlling one of the wraiths, began to speak. "You are jusst as foolissshh for thinking that a wraaitthh can be hurt by sssimple lightning..." All three wraiths had crossed their swords, they released a beam of pure death and destructive energy directed towards Grim, and a second directed towards Hex.

4 out of 5 dracoliches had been destroyed by the light, and upon seeing this, the wraiths decided that grim was their target. Upon drawing their swords, the room dropped to about -20 degrees celsius, and upon taking their shields up, all light was drawn into the shields, leaving only pitch darkness.

"Obviously you havn't been reading up on your science, my dear friends, because light is still corporeal, so are crossbow bolts, surprisingly". He had finished his chanting, and all of a sudden, multiple dracoliches burst through the floor of the hall, accompanied by about 100 armoured skeletons, and even 3 wraiths had appeared with them. "You guys are in trouble now" whispered Ares, still being shielded from the combat by his cage of angel bones.

Disregarding Hex, Ares turned his attention to Grim "Oh joy, a preist" he muttered under his breath. Summoning a cage of bones around himself, he began to chant again, and the floor began to shake once more. The shots Hex had fired bounced off the cage of bones. "These are angel bones, all but impenetrable to corporeal objects" he yelled, before continuing with his chant.
