Alright, Bacon it is then. I have some maple smoked bacon left, tbh. My uncle keeps pigs and smokes the bacon himself, and its so epic I think I almost go into a coma each time I eat it.
  2. Hm. Guess I should probably militarize my population then. A permenant downgrade is being performed on 10% of my population, removing the human mind and replacing it with a battle AI. The human mind cannot be recovered and I no longer recieve any tax from these mechos. They are being converted into a slightly less efficient version of my Icarus drones. I think 10% is all I will have time to complete before war breaks out. Pushing production above its maximum limit means that it costs me about 3-4x as much, which is where my spare 1 trillion stored funding comes in, and I now have 500 Unmanned space fighters and 2000 helios orbs, divided between all my planets. They have been instructed to shoot any enemy ship that comes into view. FYI, military is 142 million now. Godmodding is fun. I wanted them to include magic in a new version, but they said it would be too easy to godmod, so I kind of agreed. PS. I think Doom should take Dusty's side.
  3. Hah. Hex, its basically going to be you, mather and like 2 other players left. We plan to go out in a huge war, if you get caught up in it, you can't just say you ignore it. I don't plan to lose the war, of course, but if I do happen to be last one standing for some reason, I believe I'll just turn all my planets into total deadzones filled with insane killing machines. Oh wait. Mather is going to war as well  Okay, you're basically going to be the only one left. Plus, there was some talk of a medieval version of this game, which involves taking more time for micromanagement and such, making it last longer and become easier to get into.

Agreed, but mushroom and bacon tastes basically the same as muchroom and ham.

I don't like egg in any form, except omelette. And now I want one, so I'm going to have to go and make one. Any suggestions what to put in it? I'm thinking mushroom ham omelette.
  6. Because peaceful expansion is boring. I'm also growing incredibly bored, we've had 450+ pages of buildup, including that which vanished with the changeover, and I'd like it to go out in one huge finale before we get too tired of it to even play a huge war. I currently have 12 Cataclysm ships and 20 Rhadamanthus ship, plus Hyperion. I think I can get through Dusty's orbital defenses. Also, lol at Hex raging at Rocco.
  7. Wasn't there some talk of removing the member system from Falador library as well? I mean, the place is practically dead, no offense.

I had Goose for christmas dinner last year.

Homemade burgers > Restaraunt burgers >>>>>>>>>Fast food burgers. Discuss.
  10. "Hopefully" I will continue to hope for said miracle, but roleplayers are a fairly rare breed nowadays. I mean, I would love it if the Falador library became frequently visited, but I'm a pessimist, so yeah. I would very much like it if whichever mod is negotiating this would stop by to field the questions which I'm sure most people have. And by that, I don't mean flaming, I actually do mean questions.

The topics there get maybe 1 post per fortnight on average? So, here's me, hoping said article will work a miracle.
  12. Or indeed, would they not understand that human technology requires power, and take out power plants first?
  13. Just worked out a new spending plan, which accounts for spare money, because up until now, I'd assumed I was using all of it, which is untrue. [hide=Research/military spending, budget] Population: 673 million Growth rate: 15% Average income: 45k Yearly Budget: 1.51 trillion Projects: Quantum computing (7/15) (50 billion per year) Improved AI (Ongoing) (50 billion per year +1/4 of leftover funding) Project Ares (3/25) (200 billion per year) ARC laser improvement (Ongoing) (100 billion per year) Space elevator on each planet (4/5) (50b per year) City building (Ongoing) (50b per year +1/4 of leftover funding) Military Space: 1 Hyperion class battleship (500b each) 11 Cataclysm class battleships (+1 per year) (300b each) 17 Rhadamanthus class battleships (+2 per year) (150b each) 1550 Helios Orbs (+150 per year) (60m each, 10b/year) 400 Unmanned Space fighters (+40 per year) (1b each, 40b/year) Total spending 1150 billion (1.15 trillion) Spare funding to redirect into projects: 360b Deducted ½ for ongoing research: 180b Current total saved: 180b Population: 673 million Growth rate: 10% Average income: 45k Yearly Budget: 1.51 trillion Total spending 1150 billion (1.12 trillion) Spare funding to redirect into projects: 360b Deducted ½ for ongoing research: 180b Current total saved: 180b [/hide] I think those numbers are fair. This way, money can accumulate for a rainy day  Dusty, I think we all have terrorists in one form or another, but most people don't care for the micromanaging. If Hex were to kill off all terrorists, it would take him a lot longer than 3 years.
  14. What? Thrusters DO require fuel, and thrusters DO take up space? That's basic logic. I actually made my data splicing take longer than it should have because it would be horrendously overpowered.
  15. I doubt a decent thruster could even fit inside that. The whole idea just seems so horribly innefficient. Honestly, if you think I'm disregarding your ideas out of hate, I'm not, I'm disregarding them because frankly, they suck. Your ideas are really, really bad most of the time.
  16. The fuel cost would still be horrific, and each machine would cost a hell of a lot more overall. Seriously, just give it up and have treads or something.
  17. You can't just make efficient levitation, because there is actually no physical way that you could make efficient levitation unless you used magic or some [cabbage].
  18. No. Because it makes no sense.
  19. Its taking him 100 years to do that, so you migth as well forget it for now.
  20. Basically nothing thats efficient.
  21. That flying mechanism wouldn't work.
  22. But it would be very, very difficult to get the lisence, and the law would keep a very strict eye on you if you did.
  23. I suppose you will have to either wait till you complete your AI project, or spend about 6 years researching Exoskeleton control or something? I mean, the robot itself would take like 4-5 years to research.
  24. No actually, I distinctly remember him saying he was sending ships to your system to back my ships that are already there up. You obviously just missed it. And instead of you losing all power and getting kicked off the thread, I suppose we can just assume you have a terrorist problem instead. Happy?
  25. From the quality of your posts, and putting jokes aside, I'd say you were 14 years old, or around that. So I doubt you would be able to get a gun.
