Wat. If he wanted to keep his land on Earth, then you should have just assumed that he left a few people there. Now you kick up a [cabbage]storm because you want more land, even though it was his all along.

Isn't that essentially generating tons and tons of funding from citizens who would otherwise provide a lot less funding than that? I'm not sure where the rules stand on that one, so stop it until you can check. PM Doom about it or something, I don't know. Also, a mint is still creating money, which eventually comes back to you, so I don't think so.

To Arms!
Well, I already have some of these, so I'll use them. Laser based weaponry for me. [hide= Laser Pulse Rifle] [/hide] Features a scope, fires short but powerful streams of laser, but most of all, it's an incredibly accurate weapon, since lasers can be far more accurate than bullets. Uses Battery cartridges, which are rechargable at any average power outlet. [hide=Laser Breaker] [/hide] Named due to the fact that it uses small glass chips to break the laser and redirect it in a shotgun like pattern in front of the weapon. Would eat power like a [bleep], so only to be used when necessary. I'm assuming we can create laser weaponry?

Are you a different person on the internet?
I don't think so, I mean, I guess I'm a little bolder, but that comes free with the anonymity the internet provides.

Pies, if EMPs were banned, my race would be practically indestructible  I don't want them to be banned anymore, that was aaages ago, and I don't think we agreed on it anyways. An EMP to me is the equivilant of a fusion nuke to you, so I think its fair. Average earnings per person: 43k Population: 335m*1.15 = 385m people 827b budget. Unless I got my maths wrong, which I don't think I did. Work begins on making AI better, reducing system glitches and faults (Of which there were few), making it easier to update etc. 25 billion for 10 years.

Hex, its just general stupidity and spam. Eg. Asking the same question 4 times on the same page, or forgetting something 3 times in a row, coming up with all these BS race changes, things like that. You've been BETTER since you apologised, but that doesn't mean you haven't done anything wrong. Anyways, I forgot to mention that I produced another armoured Harvester ship to work withing gas giants. Working on another gun now.

Because people just find you two really, really annoying. Its mostly due to the stupid tech, stargate obsession (Though you did stop that now) and general spam (Hex)

What? How do they store the matter? Unless you're actually teleporting the object (Which is impossible) then you are copying it, which is epicly unbalanced Dusty, I think the whole point was that there were still like 1000 people there.

Don't you need human brains for the Mechos? How are you getting those? I need human minds. Not the brains, and thats what data splicing was, finding a way to generate human minds. The assloads in the rings gathers all information about the exact location and movement of all electrons, protons and neutrons within the confinement of the six rings, relays it to another ring set wich then start quicly assembling a perfect match. What makes it able to do so entirely presise is because each set of rings contains six rings wich then again contains two assloads and two sacs each as well as a presise frequency em-field generator to lift the rings into their correct posission when activated. I don't think thats balanced. You can basically copy any material/person/ANYTHING you want. I can't think of a way to balance it, so its your call, but it can't remain the way it is now.

What? How the hell does that work?

Alright, now you're majorly confusing me  You instantly get FTL travel and the power to use it. You can't change the size of ships (Thats what I thought you meant by expand and contract) Also, what? Space elevators will always be efficient, as the amount of fuel something would require to lift things into orbit is too big to be effective at all.
-
Hegemony-V2 begins page 302
We already have Warp drives for FTL, so I was assuming that anything past this would be instant travel, which is totally and utterly game breaking. If you didn't mean that, whatever, but I don't really think you can improve FTL travel, and it would still be kind of unbalanced. Edit: Rereading, thats just plain stupid. The amount of power it would take to do that is just absurd. Data splicing is finished. Stored up money that was taken from not needing health care and other human services for the last 30 or so years is being used on production of Mechos bodies. I'm not going to consider that money "Spendable", except on Mechos bodies and civilian generation. ARC gun teching is almost finished, production of the Pulse rifle, Stream gun and Nova pistol has already begun, but the Blitz cannon will start production tommorow. New ship production started, Hyperion is finished, will be stationed in Sinabo for now. 4 more cataclysm ships will be done in 4 years, 6 Rhadamanthus ships in 4 years, Helios orb production continues yadda yadda. Space elevator construction begins on five planets, will be done in 6 years. I'm a few billion over my budget, and probably will be until about 2 days time, but I can pay this back afterwards.

First off, NO WARP TRAVEL. It's game breaking. "I warp 10 ships into your atmosphere and totally annihilate everything." Secondly, Can you PLEASE format your numbers like 40m, instead of 40,000,000 since its really annoying to read. Also, Hex, I hope you're joking about "Researching Apple macs" Mather, your GPD is Population*Average earnings, then take 5% of that answer.

My population started adult, like everone elses(?).(?)=Unsure of the spelling I never said I could ad as many people I want, I said that Goa'ulds are able to actually reproduce with a rate of 100 symbiotes per queen but that I will not add more than max 50% of the population. And in one or so year the symbiotes can take Jaffa "incubators" and 19 years after that their own hosts. Heh, I was actually talking to Dusty
-
Hegemony-V2 begins page 302
Personal insults are not the right way to go about that, in my eyes. And you are essentially adding a random number of people to your population each year. There is no growth rate, no formula, you just seem to pick and choose a random number.
-
Hegemony-V2 begins page 302
Wouldn't most of your people be like 1-4 year olds? Meaning that you can't take GPD from them, and I'm guessing that there isn't enough food on the planet since, y'know, babies can't farm things. Regardless of that, I'm still not accepting your "I'm going to add however many people I want to my population" theory. And stop trying to provoke dungeon with the whole protectorate thing, the reason they joined forces was so that the unused budget that either one had could be spent by the other. Dungeon CAN mobilise his military without Sere's permission, but he would have to get Sere's permission to mobilise the BRITANNIAN MILITARY. And don't try to deny that you are trying to provoke him, because Sere and Dungeon's alliance is totally irrelevent at this point.

Wait what? Aren't they those things that you make a [bleep] ton of tax money from? I smell a minor godmod.
-
Hegemony-V2 begins page 302
My people are overly rational, this means they build everything for free and I essentially have infinite budget because they want to expand their race. Two can play at that game, Dusty. I think Dusty is referring to me when he talks about the ships. The reason I can get ships cheaply and fairly quickly is that my ships require no life support, which I imagine would make up a good 40% of the total cost of ship building. (PS. I'm sure somebody will miss the sarcasm in the first part of my post. It was to point out the blatant godmod when Dusty says his people can get about 1b people in 4 years. If he can do that because his people are "Irrational" then I can get an infinite budget because my people are over-rational.)

Hegemony-V2 begins page 302
Oh yeah, forgot to mention, Once Hyperion is done, I'm going to construct Cataclysm and Rhadamanthus battleships at a ratio of 1:1.5 using 6 of the 8 shipyards I'll have in about 3 days, and the other two plus Elysium will produce harvesters, colony and cargo ships.
-
Hegemony-V2 begins page 302
Not forgetting that you can only spend 20% of your total tax money. Also, Dusty, if that was a shot at me about the system spawning, I fill up the empty areas of the map first. I think system creation should be limited to when we actually NEED new systems, and not just want them.

Hex, that wouldn't work. You would need to selectively check which part of code contains instructions on which bodily function, and then you'd need to remove the parts that don't matter and make a code which randomises the parts which are required. You need to do this with all the gene combinations you want, and then combine them all to create the Data splicing. Considering the fact that you don't even have computer capable of holding 1/20th of the human mind, I think its irrelevent anyways. I forgot to mention that, so you might want to halt AI research for now and get to work on those computers. It should take you around 25-30 years to create a computer which can store that much data in a humanoid construct. The way I see it, you have about 100 years of reserach before you can get going with a machine race. I really, really think it would be better for you if you just kept the race you have now.
