Yeah, somehow, I doubt it. Althoughhh...

Dwarf fortress
All of them except a soap makers workshop. And somehow, I don't think dwarves can make artifact soap.
-
Dwarf fortress
I have every possible workshop that can be claimed. His highest skill was bonecrafting, and I had an unoccupied craftsdwarf workshop.

My word. That tanner was quite the monster. He refused to claim a workshop, and was wandering around the halls, before he went berserk, killed a dwarf and a war dog, and then broke the arms and legs of one of my guards. He was then taken down by a barrage of crossbow bolts from the rest of the squad.

One of my guys was possessed, but he's refusing to claim a workshop.

Just had a wave of 18 migrants. A few of them are expert farmers and brewers, so I'm increasing my alchohol and food production.
-
Dwarf fortress
Made my farm about twice as efficient by forbidding dwarves to store seeds in the main food store, and making a stockpile purely focused on seeds across the hall from the farm. Why I didn't do this earlier is beyond me.

Earth, press Ctrl+PrtSc, and then paste to wherever Have you really not taken pictures on a computer before?
-
Dwarf fortress
Indeed, which is why I have none.

Dwarf fortress
Why would my farmers be doing anything other than farming?
-
Dwarf fortress
Yeah, I just noticed. I'm building like a dozen farm plots, so I should be good for both alchohol and food.

Underground farm worked perfectly. The channel was dug, and the room filled up more or less entirely with 1/7 water. Now I just wait for it to evaporate and build my underground farm.

Limonite and Magnetite are the two most common ores which contain iron, I find. On another note, I just founbd a vein of native silver. Go me.

Depends on how you make the farm. If you try to bring the water to the farm, it makes a huge mess. If you try to bring the farm to the water.... well, I haven't tried that yet. Tech, build a bunch of drawbridges. As in enough to totally cross your moat. Then use them as a wall until your enemies get too close to them.... Then atomsmash their faces off. Nah, I'm using the murky pool method, so the worst that can happen is that I need to wait till it evaporates

I restarted for no reason. This time, I'm actually going to do underground farming since it makes life so much easier.

You broke my internet explorer, Nex.

The Back Room
Yeah, same thing happened at our school. Lunchtimes sometimes just became physics lessons. Edit: Nex, what the hell did you do? I can't enter the topic without Internet exploder crashing now.

The Back Room
I'm doing Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Computer Studies. Yeah, I was going to do Maths instead of Bio, but I have a habit of just not doing anything if I have no motivation and am not interested in the subject, so I figured maths would be a waste of time, wheras the above four are all very relevent to my interests.

Dwarf fortress
Why not? I always do it once my fortress is up and running. Honestly, nobody listens to the elven demands anyway.
-
Dwarf fortress
Well, simple enough, make a "[bleep] the world" lever, then cut down as many trees as you want. Elves get angry and invade? MAGMA. MAGMA EVERYWHERE.
-
Dwarf fortress
Eh, nobody cares what the elves think really. Retech, go into the utilities folder and open dwarf therapist. You should be able to work it out from there.
-
Dwarf fortress
Are you using Dwarf Therapist? Just instruct the miners not to haul wood.

The Back Room
By the end of the month I'm going to have a new computer that is costing around £1000. Well, I say it's costing that, but it isn't costing me anything, since relatives are putting money together to buy it.

Earth, remove the body immediately, or just wall it up before you get an unhappiness spiral and everything turns to crap.
