Ive done say 50-60 tasks now with him. I currently have black drags, iron drags, steel drags blocked Hes looping me these 5 assignments: Kalphites Black Demons Greater Demons Hellhounds Fire Giants Its usually like this Hell hound Greater Hell hound Hell hound Black demon Kalphite Kalphite Fire Giant. its repeated like this or similar for the last 50 tasks. (sometimes an exact repeat of those 8 tasks) Ive never gotten any other tasks, and ive spend maybe 300-400 points+ canceling tasks i dont feel like doing (black demons/hellhounds/kalphites) all get annoying fast Ive faught mithril drags/water fiends/bloodvelds/ abberants / gargoyles / nechs / dusties/ dags /skeletals etc before. I have access to them all.... Ive done what lies below (But not DT) The experience is pretty good if anyone minds to point that out, but i'm making basically 0 profit. And i can't even afford to cannon kalphites anymore its getting ridiculous. and this is so repetitive to the point of I can't stand it. Anyone else experience this, I honestly don't think its luck, i've done like 50 tasks, and canceled over 10 more, so like 60 tasks+ i've been assigned with only 5 monsters. driving me insane

Yeah you will still hit 0s but fewer then at 85, especially when potted. (120 attack vs 102) With a god sword being so slow, as little 0s as possible is a good thing, since it can so high already, the str doesnt even make to much of a difference over 85. it makes a difference but i dont think its worth it over the accuracy. though most peoples goals are maxed stats anyways Some people train str to 99 first to make you hit harder to gain exp faster. But i see it as if i hit less 0s while training str/def ill get more exp that way... Some people train defense first to be able to tank longer, make less trips Its all what you think is best. But i personally think all stats at 85 is a good way to start

I had 85s across the board its actually imo one of the better set ups as your prepared for more things. Now im going for 99 attack, mainly because I feel it will help me the most at GWD with a GS

You can either fight them on death plateau , which they are actually quite weak and good exp, or you can cannon ice trolls and probably break even on rune drops

What I would recommend is doing some power mining of iron. and if that gets to sickening, instead of banking coal, Buy a few thousand Mithril/addy ores and like 10k nats, then bring down heaps of ores to super heat while you mine the coal. Go with: Fire staff in hand Nats Rune Pick 26 Inv slots left: 20 addy ore / 22 Mith ore 6 open slots for coal. If you got 85 smithing in the process, you could even do it with rune ores instead of mining 28 coal then banking over and over, you can mine 20x6 +6 = 126 coal. which would be about 4 times less banking, and all that banking will be cutting into your mining time, slowing you down. you come up with 20 addy bars/22 mith bars and some coal to bank.

Definitely go with slayer.

yeah took me about 1200 horror kills for a mask Killed 800+ metals nothing, then got 3 skirts in 2 tasks. Kind of upsetting thats not even= to a single d legs but whatever. I guess its 500k

interesting i must of had an off task when i tried the overlord. It hit at most once per kill on each demon. The mithril minotaurs often hit 2-4 times+ up to 12 damage as well. I think highest i saw overlord do was 10 But id agree to use that list it as it seems well tested, i haven't really tested thoroughly just some observations. I never used scrolls at all

Ive been experimenting with random familars in the chaos tunnels on black demon tasks. very often they start hitting the familars, it saves me on prayer lol, but i pray flash anyways. Usually finish a task on a few doses of a ppot. I got the most damage out of mithril minotaur then the overlord, but the overlord gives range exp, and gets stuck less which is nice. Also remember they only attack in multi-combat zones, so you will almost always wanting to use a bunyip

Ill vouch for the obby sword being better then d scim. Use lunge to train str and not slash however, and a high attack helps. with a slayer helm its even more golden on tasks =] Use it until you can afford SS

yes at iron/steels drink anti-fire pot. step 3 steps back Mage. You are invincible till the anti-fire wears off lol. also its probly better to do fire bolt with chaos gauntlets, you will miss to much otherwise and spend to much cash. And yeah don't bother with bronze

to be honest what i do is, go to the Treasure trails guide on the tip.it home page, then go to coordiants. They have every one listed with a picture where it is. I just look at the pic go there and dig. saves lots of time, dont even use the sextant/watch to locate. but i think you need them in invo when you dig.

definitely start legends/rfd to evil chicken lair. 4 dragons, easy safe spots, close to bank. use terrorbird with scrolls to hold 12 more drops per trip and keep your run topped off to the bank and back. You will need 1 raw chicken per trip. Don't use taverly. taverly = 2 drags, and 6 people per server

I havent had a single dust task and Im 81 slayer. Not very common I would say. Unless you can't get assigned them without doing DT, but I have access to them, and have done what lies below

These are selling 4-5 m each on forums. I read since the top hat update these are no longer TT rewards, but then I heard they are still level 1 clue rewards. is this true? can these be obtained through level 1 clues or not is basically my question If they cant then I guess jagex really really dropped the ball, I just got mems like 2-3 months ago and If i can't ever access the best range shield in the game, thats totally BS. zammy pages would eventually all sell and become untradable being in books. EDIT: and i cant get new prayer book until the zammy is full. So no guthix/sara either then. Im sure guthix pages are much more easily obtained. and same with sara

Abberants/Turoths/Kurask/Cave Horror are all fairly good for snap and kwuarm seeds from my experiences in slayer

Overskipped the word camping =\, I just read i will be doing slayer for a while lol. But yeah if you plan to camp a slayer monster then might as well get melee first, and get range eventually

well black mask is 15% bonuses and Void 10%. and mask is one piece not 4. Personnaly ill never have a use for void melee as I train only on slayer, but the void range is really nice and useful. I enjoy it

You know that you can get about double the experience of curse, with mithril bars per hour, with 30k smithing as well for about the same cost ratio? both are just over 1 gp / exp lol and both involve almost the same amount of clicking. I think cursing is aweful in comparison, and slooooww.

they are like 140 ea. just check market price at ge. if you are buying things via junk trade the seller puts up the junk unless the item is overvalued. I would think pages would be undervalued as they are really hard to get, so you would get the junk. Could be wrong about pages though
