What websites are educational and fun to browse on a regular basis? I feel like I could be learning something interesting whilst procrastinating on the internet.

Different study methods work for different people. The only way to truly figure out what works best for you is to try it out yourself. Personally, I would do #2. I've been doing that recently.. Work from two different textbooks (different subjects) and alternate between each textbook.

3 weeks is plenty.. I have 1 and a half (as you can tell by my signature), and I'm not fretting at all. Prioritise which content you should study first - exams that are coming up first should be studied first. You will have the mock exam period to study (no classes to stop you from studying) and so you will be able to study a lot between exams.
