Self diagnosis is bad. I mean, I would say that I'm not autistic and pretty normal, but I have trouble with eye contact (e.g I had a conversation with a teacher today and just stared down at my textbook the whole time) and the other things you mentioned. I hate not being able to look people in the eye, I just get so self-conscious and embarrassed.
