  1. [hide=] [/hide] where in there do I say I want the laws for myself? no. I'm just saying y would they change it just for the benefit of the assist system? also, ITS NOT A HARD QUEST! so even if they did change it back there would me no effort needed to finishbthe quest to be able to craft laws again. I did that quest so I could craft laws. why should other players get a free pass? if I wanted the laws to myself, I'd say "make the quest harder" but I'm not. I'm just saying y change something that really didn't matter all that much just to benefit those who are too lazy to spend 2 hrs on a simple quest to be able to craft runes
  2. I've already said, the reason was so that people could craft laws with the assist system. What reason is there to change it back? in that case, make bloods and deaths able to be assisted -.-
  3. To even get within ICBM range of the blood altar you need to do about four quests. I could make a lvl three account, get membership and in twenty minutes be dancing next to the law altar entrance. And its de-quested, get over it, they are not gonna change it back now, just like they are never gonna get rid of pure essence. A change of this magnitude cannot, will not be undone. if its that easy to do the quest, then it wouldnt make that much of a difference, just the people would just do the quest. im saying it limits the amount of people that can craft them. if they dont do the quest, their fault. if it was perfect before quest was taken out, y the change?
  4. sounds vaguely like maplestory glory skill or whatever...lame game anyways. thats what row is for. and rare drops wouldnt be rare if everyone got them from having a high "looting" lvl...
  5. yea....repost pic larger or use a different host plawks...
  6. mining 80-85, construction to 80. ur image link turns up empty...imageshack phails
  7. well then the quest only requirement should b an incentive for people to do the quest. its not really hard. and technically if u can only acess the altar through a quest reward, then its quest only. you cant go to blood altar through abyss because you didnt do the quest. you shouldnt be able to go to the law altar because u didnt do the quest either. the assist system shouldnt affect anything. quest only is quest only. if people are upset then do the dam quest. its REALLY EASY!
  8. if laws were quest only before, what was the reason for changing it? laws are fairly easy to obtain without the quest as many monsters drop them commonly. also, the assist restrictions apply to all quest only runes. so y not laws quest only too? the quest doesnt take more than 2hrs max. if people get mad, do the quest. its easy. barely any requirements needed, if any.
  9. gratz on ur lucky 777 post : no photoshop. i cant afford a $600 program just to edit some game screenies  i use paint
  10. loled at chat :D thanx for being a good sport
  11. its not really fair. laws were quest only for a great deal of time b4 jagex changed it. i mean, whyy? for what reason did they change it? if people were complaining about it being too hard, then make bloods/deaths available to everyone to craft too!
  12. confirmed. the white area u see near arzinian mines is INDEED the temple knights training ground. case closed.
  13. uhm... party room changes. definitely. http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?f=37&t=776685
  14. which is y they should still b quest only. its not like its a hassle to be able to craft them...
  15. I think laws should still be quest only. Upon completing Troll Stronghold, you were given a Law Talisman and the ability to craft laws at the altar on Entrana. This made laws very profitable, and a relatively easy quest was all that was needed to gain the "power" of crafting them. Laws were a great source of income and great EXP. Not to mention the runners that powered world 99. Now laws are worth less than 300 per, and theyre not good money anymore. I think JagEx should still be quest only, since the quest was easy and the money off of them was great. It would help drive the runecrafting community and stimulate pure essence prices for those who sell it. It's a win win. Since the quest isn't difficult at all, it won't be a problem for those who haven't already done the quest and want to craft them. Discuss.
  16. mining cape all the way. i love rc and mining but id rather lvl rc to 99 since it gets me cash in the process
  17. sounds like uber haxzors 1337 skills... i guess they could spawn phats too...too bad they cant trade lol. or they can, theyre just not supposed to?
  18. it would help...more invent slots...but i think 28 is generous already...i cant carry 28 godswords in my backback :P
  19. mods can wear untrimmed capes when they have all 99s? They can alter their stats too whatever they want, so probably. I've seen level 1 j mods before :P if they alter their cb lvls, how do they still have 138 and "no 99s"?
  20. mods can wear untrimmed capes when they have all 99s?
  21. following zezima or ollie?
  22. quest cape doesnt count... thanks for the math : i agree, quests take time to complete. but not a month if u do it right and easy. even without guides. remember, when WGS came out people were doing it a matter of 1-3 days, no guides. and summer's end, 8hrs roughly. no guides. true the skills for the quests take time to lvl and quests too, but that only really totals to about maybe 8 months? considering time needed to level certain skills. i also agree with your "better than the more common skill capes" such as fm/fletch/str/cook/hunt. but those other skill capes take much longer to obtain. granted if u train the fast way with some skills (like brews with herb) and lose a ton of money, then those skills would be faster than the cape. but for non buyables, mining in particular. mining takes roughly 8 months to obtain, much longer if u dont have the liberty to train every day constantly. that is a real skill cape (unlike the ones u see more than obby capes). quest cape i dont think count as skill capes because questing itself isnt very diffcult (plenty of ways to beat the bosses with the minimum lvls) but maybe just timeconsuming, which, in my book, makes it just another fm/fletch/cook/str cape. sure it takes much more attention, but the "easieness" kinda works against it, seeing as lvl 85s can get them, but lvl 85s cant really get 99s in certain skills that require much more time an attention. since the requirements for the cape are relatively low, those are actually pretty common average lvls, which means the average scaper can get a quest cape if they wanted, but the average scaper probably wouldnt get the mining cape if they wanted to.
