You could also try Barbarian Village. I train my miner there on the coal. I know it's pretty far from Edgeville bank. Don't know about Dwarven mines, never used them.

It's worth getting but not yet for you. I got 70 prayer a week ago at cb 104 so do it when you got more money/enough bones from killing greens. Maybe you should get 60 first and after a while 70.
