Been meaning to post something like this for a while, and as I was falling asleep last night (the night before school started) I finally began to form some ideas about what I'd like to put in this. This will most likely end up as a ramble and contains a lot about me personally. If you honestly don't care about my past problems or feelings you don't have to read it, I wont be offended, skip the the tl;dr if you'd like since some of this is pretty heavy. wot. Blood neck is one of the more useful binds in dg, I'm surprised you didn't break your hood for it... Get your best platebody as a defensive bind instead. Blood neck is pretty useless before 100 unless you're 99 or so, otherwise it'll murder your xp/h, or floor times. They're common enough now not to bother going out of your way to bind. Right with you on the plate though.

Surv prodding and clearing floor 60 like a boss, took one randomer from world 114 and didn't say anything the entire floor since we were in a skype call. We think he was a little confused.

I am embarking on an epic journey, to get every elite clue scroll reward, save druidic, but at least one piece of it. Also need to get all god pages. I am doing this by opening elite caskets in Beta, I've made relatively good progress, and this is my rarest item so far in about 280 caskets. I plan to make a video when I'm done a tally up all the items I got.

Well here's a post that's going out to every single member, some parts will speak to some members more than others but this is something everyone is a part of. First of all, EoE is a clan for TEACHING, not for elitism, not only for high levels. EoE is for EVERYONE, no matter what skill level, no matter how fast or slow you learn. If you cannot deal with everyone, then you do not belong in EoE. Yes, you can have a small person argument with one member, it's to be expected in larger clans, but you cannot deny others the right to learn on a biased assumption. As a member of EoE you are expected to be patient as a student and a teacher, if someone doesn't get something even after 100 times, keep trying. No one starts off amazing, but some get there faster. If you have to sacrifice five minutes on a floor to teach someone the best tactic to beat a boss, clear a room, or do a puzzle, take the time out. Not only does EoE stand for Era of 'Eer, it also stands for Enjoyment over Efficiency, never the other way around. To some the two are the same, but not all. If you are one of these people who finds they prefer to leave 'noobs' or 'idiots' behind, you're not being made to stay. You have alternatives, they do not. If you feel you are too good for EoE, maybe you are, try another clan and don't talk other people down to make yourself feel better about your skill. If you are to stay in EoE you are expected to answer any and all question with an appropriate answer. This may seem like a revelation to some, but replying with "Are you retarded?" is not a suitable answer in EoE. This kind of behaviour has been going on for far too long, there are too many people who consider new members, or even old members to be inferior and not worth their time. Everyone in EoE is worth your time, the only thing that makes someone unteachable is their willingness. This behaviour's continued presence is partly due to my fault, and I am sorry to everyone in EoE who has felt looked down upon or insignificant in EoE. I take full responsibility for ongoing problem, and I am hoping to have a new start for EoE. It may take a while, and this definitely isn't going to be an immediate, but I promise that I am going to bring EoE back to it's roots, where anyone could enjoy a floor. Eoe upholds enjoyment over efficiency. Should you wish to have speed floors, you are permitted to plan this, but with all members consenting, and understanding the system. Should you wish to buy and sell floors, this should be done over Private Messenger. Should you wish to have a skype floor, this should be done solely over Skype and the terms, such as voice calling can be discussed. Otherwise, the clan chat should be used, and discrimination against less experienced clan members will not be tolerated. From now on, we, the co-ordinators and administrators will be enforcing these rules and watching closely to make sure that we remain the peaceful clan we started off as. We strive to maintain a friendly environment and we hope we get the support of all members of this clan. Lastly, always be aware of how you treat other members, you might think what you're saying is funny, or that it wont be that offensive. To someone it can be, you might think they're overreacting, but in the end you cannot control how they react, only how you act. If something might be taken the wrong way, say in a way that it wont. If you have criticism about someone, be constructive. If someone forgets to gate a door don't call them an idiot, be supportive and helpful. Take everything with a positive attitude, and think from another person's point of view, not just your own since you have to get along as a team member and clan member. TL;DR: There are a number of significant people in EoE who go against its values, that is no longer acceptable. EoE is for everyone, if you can't deal with everyone, then you are not fit for EoE. Edit: This is not completely aimed at the high levels, the lower levels are expected to be at least somewhat cooperative. There is a certain measure of patience on both parts, you MUST be willing to take criticism and not take it all as 'elitist bullshit'. If a suggestion is given, take note of it. It is for your own benefit.
