I'd say just attempt to wake up at the same time every day with an alarm. I find that when I started that a few weeks before school I started waking automatically within and hour of that time.

I was like 8 when I first joined TIF if memory serves me right. But nobody can tell as my first account was deleted in one of the forum nukes.
