hey as u can see from my sig im 97 range and f2p. I normally train at ice giants, but I have heard ankous are good for xp. Bout how much xp do u get at ankous per hour and will the drops be enough to cover addy arrows?

im approximately 11.1mil total range xp..how many addy arrows will i need picking them all up to get 99range

currupt dragon is the best as far as stats..very exspensive and doesnt last long thou..So just go w/ full rune w/ rune bezerker..although personally i hate Fist Of guthix so i never get zerkers anymore..rune gaunts never degrade so its worth it and power ammy is more for defence and range..str ammy is for usually +1 hits..so w/o str ammy i hit 20s w/ 99str on str mode..w/ str ammy i hit 21s on strength mode

i uninstalled avg..now i try avira and avast..both you have to pay..and now avg isnt totally free either?so now i have no anti virus?

if you loose your monk robes and can't get them back go to the monk monastery close to edgeville and upstairs there is a set of monk robes on a table..also recharge prayer..at that altar if u have 50 prayer ull get 52 prayer in return it gives +2 prayer and swordies would be better..but at your level you could use lobsters
