That'll change when it degrades. That's why you should use the glitch. That's where you shoot 249 shots with one bow and 1 with another, and the second will degrade. Dang...forgot about that.... I know about it, but how would I keep up with how many shots I have fired besides counting every one that I shoot myself? Right now, that's the only thing stopping me from using that.

Hmm..I think I am going to keep using it for most tasks. I really like how fast and high I'm hitting.

Im tesing the bow on hellhounds right now. I hit almost constant 20+ I do the same with the crossbow, but slower. I know it's kind of costly, but it can get down to around 72gp a shot. Another question... does the accumulator also work with the crystal bow?

Is the crystal bow better then a rune c'bow + broad tipped bolts + Unholy Book for slaying? Im planning on using Duradel and range slay. Are all the monsters good to kill with the crystal bow or would it be better to kill them with a rune c'bow + broad tipped bolts + Unholy Book? This isn't including dragons of course.

LJ makes a valid point. Should the herblore cape provide free limpwurt roots? Should the magic cape allow your runes to return for you? If it was up to me I would suggest ALL capes have some sort of 'bonus' besides the +1 in a skill. The cape would just combine two items though. There isn't any item that goes in the cape slot that returns your runes to you. But I see what he's trying to say now, I guess. The herblore example is a little much, don't you think?

I don't see why the other capes should have a "unique" bonus. The ranged cape doesn't allow you to pick up your bolts/arrows. Also I don't think there is a problem or anything that could be added to the other capes.
