  1. "The next Runescape game update will be in approximately 1 hour." Just to let everyone know.
  2. Agreed. Saying "We don't think you should do it because you might get scammed" won't stop people from doing it as much as saying "Trust Trade Gambling breaches the Item Scamming rule" will.
  3. Oh wow, I can't believe there is a godfather of dicing. Made me lol. In all seriousness though, Jagex frown apon all kinds of trust games. PMods get reminders time and time again to stay away from trust games. Of course, the godfather person needs his lowly corrupt pmod grunts for his dirty work. It's sad but funny at the same time that someone actually decided to create an underground empire on dicing in a world. My advice overall, stay away from the corrupt casino's, or better yet, stay away from trust games all together.

They don't drop champ scrolls. ;) You unlock the gnome champion by defeating the spectre, mummy and banshee champions.

Maybe he's trying to get the gnome champion scroll. :P
  6. From Twitter. From Facebook:
  7. Got 20 fletching. I had been cutting 400 normal logs outside Varrock. Good times, good times.
  8. Going by Dire's class system, your archer would still have access to all content (E.G. The Melee Player's training area). Not that I see how that isn't exactly like it is now, unless archers can't touch melee items. Which in this case would mean you wouldn't have access to all content. Sure, even though you ignored/misunderstood my points. I'm happy it's too late.
  9. I don't get why you want to segregate combat and skills so much. I like Runescape because it doesn't have classes which do exactly this. Games with classes require you to miss out on developed content or make more accounts to experience the entire game. I also never said level 50's should get the best items, I said it makes no sense to give the most elite players the same items as a level 50 could get, but with a lot less work. Time-wise, you're better off not getting the cape if your pure intention for it is boss hunting or the stats. The bonuses are hardly amazing enough to make up for the time spent getting the cape. A skiller would be a person who prefers to train non-combat skills above combat skills. I like both equally. I was a skiller before, but I enjoy doing pretty much everything. Unsafe PvP being the one thing I can think of not enjoying, because I haven't ever done it with the intention of doing it successfully.
  10. All games are a "waste" of time. :P Yes, giving the best stats to the most difficult to get items is wrong. Someone who has completed everything should get something a level 50 would wear. Give the average level players at around 110-120 all the elite items, they're obviously the ones who have spent the most time training. Monster hunting was fine before this cape was released, and it is fine with it. You aren't required to have the cape to kill anything. I doubt you would even notice a difference with the cape. It's not like it gives 25+ more in all attack bonuses or 50+ more defence then the previous best cape. If you don't have torva or pernix, you should focus more on those then this cape. You'll notice way more by changing to those compared to changing a cape. Oh and don't call me a skiller as well. If I were a skiller, I would hardly have any of my combat stats. I'm a Completionist Player.
  11. I tried to locate my nearest store. I have to travel overseas...
  12. Honestly though xpx, when has Jagex ever been consistent? :P There are tons of different interfaces that all match each other depending on that piece of content's release date.
  13. @LogDotZip I'm not staff. I can't delete posts, I just post posts. :P But on topic of bots. I don't support botting. I love messing bots up if they're training or doing the same activity as me. I also thing Jagex need to do more work when it comes to banning them, because I agree that there doesnt seem like there is much of a consequence for botting, other then a few days of being banned and some stats going down.
  14. I support that the comp cape t should require some sort of higher level MA reward if there is a higher level MA reward. Highscore ranks don't give in-game rewards though, which is why the cape doesn't require that much time from those activities. If they release some new reward at 1k MA rank, I think it would be fair to add that to the comp cape t requirement. Also, the Castle Wars additions (with the 5k games cape) were released the 27th of May last year. Some were able to get it when it was released, others have had plenty of time to go for the cape if they wanted to. Not that I'm saying people should have anticipated it as a potential requirement for a possible completionist cape being released, but it's been out for a while.
  15. Hope so. I think that's what they were planning as well, at least for the trimmed version. They should add the things they missed as well.
  16. 1 Friends List slot that can du used for someone who doesn't cheat. (Or does, but doesn't openly admit to it) And possibly teaching his friend a lesson that cheating isn't right. (If Jagex do something about it.)
  17. Yes, and it's LESS than 2000 hours of MA... Why do we have to play 2k hours of one minigame but only 2(conquest)-35(MA) hours of all the others? Castle Wars seems more popular then MA/Conquest. Nothing stopping Jagex from adding higher rewards for both of those like they did with Castle Wars when they updated it.
  18. Very nice. |^_^| Wonder how Graardor would turn out.
  19. I would have. Truth be told, I had a personal "completionist" list before the capes were even announced. My list had all the tasks for trimmed completionist + more. I've had that list for over a year now, slowly crossing things off as I get time to do them.
  20. Grats Ez! Next time get it when I'm at home. :P
  21. The CW games is just one of the requirements. You don't get all 99s and 120 DG, 4000 chompy kills, champ scrolls and the other crap playing 1 hour a day. The time investment is massive, people with lives outside RS simply cannot afford the time to do that. Obviously I have no life because I have 88% of the stuff needed for the trimmed completionist cape. Yet I go to school as anyone else would and go out like anyone else would. Your example is the same as saying all emo's cut themselves when that obviously isnt the case.
  22. Honestly I truly do not get comments such as the above. Why in the world would you possibly care how some player in the game spends his time. He may even have a more fulfilled and accomplished life than you do. Jealousy is a [bleep]. :P
  23. I would have just gone in via the rs site and seen no report of any "infraction". :P
  24. Congrats! |^_^|
