Well, with the introduction of ice punch, along with other elemental punches, gliscor will have to be way mroe carefull withconcklederp and the likes. But hey, along with roost, it will also get stealth rock! Not to mention ferrothorn, that thing got even better, not only being able to run sr+spikes+leech seed now, it also has access to SYNTHESIS. Now that will be a real pain. Ont he otehr side, Moxie Hunchkrow but buffed with heat wave and super power. Excavalier will probably get superpower and drill run. Multisclare Dragonite will not only get access to healbell, but also to Superpower and sleep talk, so tyranitar can't wall him now. Politoed and Ninetails also got their longevity icnreased thanks to sleep talk. Hydreigon got dark pulse andd earth power. Nidoking got bloody GUNK SHOT, a 120 bp with stab, boosted by sheer force. Oh, and Chandelure with trick, just to screw blissey and friends. Pain Split is also available, so Cofagrigus may be getting a reliable recovery move, if not that at least he gets sleep talk. All in all, not many new moves, but he ones that are available are extremely solid and make for a massive change. Heck, depending on the changes in the metagame (as in, shouldconcklederp and mamoswine raise even more in populary), ferrothoen and gliscor can be the very first walls to be banned to ubers.

Damn, move tutors are insane in these games. We got Fire punch for haxorus, ice punch for Concklederp, Outrage for DD moxiemence, Giga Drain for Venusaur, Stealth Rock will be widely available again, Super power will also be available, along with Roost for Poison heal gliscor. Damn, the emtagame will be turned upside down.

The new combat formula looks increadibly simple with a lot fo room to screw up. The only way i can see them avoiding total confusion is if they place a symbol enxt to the level which demonstrates the highest skill of the player. And the less than 30 level monster giving no exp? Complete and utter bull. It will destroy slayer unless they buf a lot of npc's levels.

Odd, I did 1-85 dungeoneering with randoms, and while the dungeons were far from optimal and fast, never got across those kinds of people. Guess i was lucky/you weren't.

It seems you'd like MetroidVania games. Try out Super Metroid, Metroid Prime trilogy, Castlevania Symphhony of the night, aria of sorrow and shado complex. All great games that have exploration as the main focus of the game. SotN is Available on PSN and XBLA, Shadow Complex on XBLA. Super Metroid is available on the Virtual Console and Prime trilogy is still sold in some outlets. Aria of sorrow is sadly on available on GBA for all i know.

I remember playing sacred stones on my 3ds, and like every fire emblem fan, NO ONE MUST DIE, EVER. Damn, the hero boss in the desert level was so infuriating due to his very, very high hitting weapons... one of them being a tomahawk. Justt, ugh. I also think people just stop all the damn half life 3 pandering,it's getting very old by now. No matter what happens when it comes out, if it comes out, it will be very disapointing for all the people who were asking for it. There are millions of other franchises and people still get their minds stuck on it.. urg. So, what were your biggest surprises on this E3? For me it was watch dogs in terms of an actual reveal and Castlevania irrors of fate in terms of gameplay and visuals.

Also Fire Emblem 3ds announced for north america. The 3DS conference was actually quite interesting to me. They didn't announce anything new (the Fire Emblem was announced by mistake from Reggie to a kotaku journalist), but what they showed looked very promising. Castelvania looked great, and so did paper mario. Still undecided on NSMB2, probably not getting it.

Yeah, like i said before, i don't think this conference was that well thought out. Had they kept from showing those crappy dancing/singing nintendo land games they would have had enough time to show their online plans.

They already did that for the 3ds, so im betting we will see, at the vbery worse, a single FC per account.

They said in the conference they were gonna discuss the online in the roundtable later tonight.

I don't want a remake, I'd rather have an original 3ds zelda than another goddam remake. Still crossing my fingers for metroid 3ds. At the very least i hope Castelvania's mirror of fate is a metroidvania and nor nes castlevania style.

Wow, people on forums are going all berzerk over this, I guess thats what happens when you expect a bloody zelda and SSB a few months before Skyward sword released and Smash began production. I was expecting a metroid, a star fox, maybe a retro new ip, but not Zelda or SSB. Meh, i will most likely not buy at launch, specially if Pikmin 3 is not there. Maybe on christmas or after if the steam sale doesn't rob me blind.

Nintendo conference got me disapointed really. I'll proabably get a WiiU eventually, but not on launch day unless rayman+ NSMBU+ Pikmin 3 are there aswell. The conference wasn't bad imo, It was better than MS, EA and Sony at least from what i got, but what it really missed was a killer 1st party title. Pikmin is great, but in the end i was expecting a huge game, either metroid, or retro, or star fox. I got really surprised by how good Lego looks, batman looks decent but I will buy it on steam once a good sale arrives. I rate it at a B-, it was good, but not only did it need a bomb, it also needed less casual crap and nintendo land. Seriously, that guy explained every little detail, it just dragged on and on. My rate for the conferences are: MS<sony<ea=nintendo<<Ubisoft Disapointing e3 apart from ubisoft.

Come one, not this argument again. I'm one of the biggest nintendo fans in this board, and even I can see how similar it is to 360. It's obviously inspired by it, which is great since 360 controller is great. Also, dualshock ahd wing shaped controllers before nintendo did unless you count the n64.

I persoanlly didn't enjoy it. Last of Us was amazing though. All stars was awefull imo, beyond didn't look interesting for me, and since i didn't enjoy heavy rain and indigo prophecy, I'm staying away from it. FarCry ps3 was glitchy as hell. Ass Creed was decent. But for the bad stuff, wonderbook? Really? It just kept going and going. Vita was also barely talked about. Ass Creed Vita was nice, but CoD vita not being blops2? Thats a big hit. No memory stick bundle either, and they didnt say the price of the AC bundle too. Got really disapointed, definatly prefer EA's and Ubisoft's to Sony's. Okay, one left, i'm gonna get some sleep. Please don't screw this up nintendo, drop the bombs (metroid, please).

Watch dogs. Amazing concept. Hope it Delivers. Ubisoft surpassed my expectations. Legends look great, far cry looks great, AC3 looks great, Watch Dogs looks like something else. The only flops i can see are Zombi U and just dance 4.
