I just re-read the book 2 months ago and I can assure you dumbledore was killed on the astronomy tower. In the book he is shot by the spell, flies off the tower and "out of sight." At least put a dang spoiler alert. I haven't read the book yet. :-# The book has been out how long now? I think it's status as a spoiler is long dead, considering the series is now finished. I played 1943 a bit at a friend's house (PS3). It's good, even though I suck at console shooters. Does the PC version require a good PC, 'cause I don't have a PS3 or 360.

If you use the PC version, I believe you can ressurect people using the cheat console. But yeah, always look up somebody before you kill them to make sure they aren't important.

I feel the same way. I bought a Wii a long time ago, and sold it. Why? Because it sucked. PS3 is too pricey. 360 has too many FPS games, which like you, Ratchet, I do not enjoy. Some are okay, like the Battlefield series. I have a PS2 and a PC. I mostly use my PC, and play older games like The Elder Scrolls III.
