  1. :ohnoes: Never. OT: I basically started playing again...that's probably the biggest thing. That and I got 90 Woodcutting. Atsa bout it.
  2. I agree! I honestly don't understand how some people manage to rack up 8, 9, or 10 black marks.
  3. Seeing as how I don't play in HD because my laptop can't handle it, no, I dont take it for granted. Hopefully, I'll be getting a new laptop around Christmas, one that's like. New. And stuff. So it's all good.
  4. As far as I'm concerned there's three sort of "categories" as far as capes go. Hard ones, medium ones, and not-exactly-as-hard-as-the-rest ones. Hard ones being the ones like Prayer, Slayer, Farming, Agility, etc. that take a long time, and are expensive. Medium ones being ones such as Woodcutting, Fishing, Crafting, etc. which take a long time, but won't necessarily break the bank. And then there are the "easy" ones like Cooking (post Cook x), Fletching, etc. that can just be bought if you have the money and a week or two to set aside.
  5. I disagree. Getting 99 in any skill takes, if not skill, tremendous dedication, which is something that DOES deserve respect.
  6. I actually think it's a pretty sure thing that lobs, sharks, pots, etc. will all go up. And I think people will start realizing this before the PVP worlds are released, and we'll see a steady climb right before they skyrocket. I'd buy now...
  7. Personally, I believe it will part of the 150th quest. Then again, maybe it's more just that I want it to be part of the 150th quest... One reason though why I tend to think it will be is because, if I remember correctly, which I may not (I only ever put did the tutorial twice, and the second time was still soooo long ago), didn't they say something about coming back to tutorial island? Of course, we all know you can't, but it is intriguing that Jagex would put such a bit of dialogue in there that is clearly false (or is it?). Then again, that was way long ago, probably before they were even thinking about the 150th quest. So hey, who knows...

  15. Correct. One way to prove this is to go to a place above ground, say Falador square, and open up the world map. You'll notice that the map is centered on Falador Square. Now, go down into the Stronghold of Security. I can almost guarantee that when you open it up, it won't be centered on the Barbarian village. Correct if I'm wrong, but when you're in a dungeon or underground for whatever reason, doesn't the world map always center on Lumbridge, regardless of where the dungeon entrance is? Yes it does. Ok, then in that case the world map really can't be used to prove anything...

  17. I doubt it's literally 1%, thats probably just an exaggeration. My guess is respawn areas, banks (GE included), teleport areas, that kind of thing will be safe.
  18. I'm not sure. It's mostly something I do to pass the time. Things can get so boring during the summer. I suppose with the school year coming up it's gonna be something I do more to relax than anything.
  19. Now, I'm not a big quester, but looking at everything that's been said in this thread, and my own knowledge of the different storylines that I've gained from the quests I HAVE done, my personal theory is that this quest will center mainly around the Stone of Jas. I think the Wise Old Man is after the Stone, and that was the heist he alluded to. I think this quest is gonna have the different parties that are interested in the stone trying to obtain it...maybe you have to side with one group and then deal with other groups? I'm not sure. Either way, I'm excited. I don't think I'll be able to do it for quite a while after it comes out, but I'm still intrigued. I just hope we don't see any reqs above 80 :ohnoes: I think 70-75 would be fair as "high" requirements.
  20. If I'm doing something that involves lots of clicking, I usually listen to music. But if there's not a lot of clicking, then I usually put in a DVD or go on the forums or something. I also just like play guitar unplugged sometimes, or look through music equipment catalogs.
  21. I seriously doubt 25%. That must be rounded up. Or made up. Either way, I really don't meet that many British teens in game, which makes me doubt the validity of that statistic.
  22. I'm not sure if it's so much an issue of bad people as immature people. That's not to say there aren't plenty of bad people on RS, there certainly are, but a lot of it can just be chalked up to immaturity. I know personally, I repair graves whenever I find them, as I can't bless them cause I don't have the prayer level to do so. I don't see how not repairing/blessing a grave is immature. But then again i could be reading that wrong. Either way, I'd rather spend my prayer points on Piety than on blessing some level 60's grave. I was responding more to what magma said about RS being full of bad people, and then just sort of threw in that last bit. Whether you bless a grave or not doesn't really determine your maturity/moral character, IMO. I mean, if you do, then hey, good for you. If you don't, whatever, ya know?
