7000 hours is about 292 days. Thats 292 days of straight combat, seeing as it only degrades in combat. I have about that much in game time alone, maybe half to 3/4 of that is combat related and maybe half of that is while wearing barrow items. So unless you scape for about 4 years+ Bandos isn't that much better. Also wearing Barrows peces are about 1/12th the price of a bandos piece.

Option 2 when you can afford the Tassets. Option 3 until then. A fury will be better off to use. Don't use dragon, unless its the boots.

I don't see how it really matters. You still have to pay X.XX amount to play for a year. Take a few of the extra days you get from jan or march and add it on. Don't see why people are getting angry over losing 1-3 days of membership -.-

Thats all you need. Just pray and dont take any damge. They only drop runes, pure ess, and dragon boots. Nothing else is worth picking up or alching. Don't need a bob or a familiar as its overkill.

I disagree with everyone about putting it on HP. If you're only choosing from the 2 i would put it on def. If you plan on getting 99 att/str you will most likely get 99 hp as well. Putting the exp on HP results in wasted exp for the skill as you still gain the exp for almost everything. Only reason to put the exp on HP is if you're a pure and want higher HP, but idk if thats a good idea or not. But I spent most of mine on prayer, spent 10 points on magic as i was close to leveling lol.

If you can get a BGS, either buy or borrow one, i would use it to spec with. I tried it and do ok with it, but i ended up using a SWH instead as it was able to lower his def even more.

The quests is worth it, but if you have to do LoS and some of the quests before it i would take my time and do it in 2 days. I did all 3 in one day and i hated it, but the reward is worth it and if you like story lines i think this one is pretty cool.

Hard to stun if you don't have 80 magic.

making a big deal out of something you can afk Umm i doubt you could afk all the way until the 360s. At some point you will have to drink potion or eat. Also for someone who has done the fight caves before it can be pretty easy, but for someone he has never been it might be a little tough. And im just giving the OP some tips.

I would have watched it because videos + dialup dont mix well. @Ezkaton: Whatever you can do at your level to powerslay would profit. Its just the profit comes after you get done slaying and you need money to buy the supplies with. But i know i spent 15 pray pots on 225 abby demons and a friend only use 7 on his, and he was using turmoil and soul split while i used piety. I was also in veracs and he was in prossy, and i am 82 pray and he is 99, but its still a noticeable difference.

Get lucky at GWD, get lucky on clue scrolls, get lucky at the party room. Those are about the only quick ways. More reliable ways are to farm monsters, like green dragons, and sell their drops to make money. For you i would suggest to buy ranarr seeds and plant those so you can make some money on the side. Also looking at this can give you some ideas.

Bring a few food and safe spot the 180s. Kill the 22s as quick as you can as every time they hit you lose a pray point. You can pray range on the 90s or you can tank the damage. When fighitng the 360 just pray mage protect and kill it, don't get in its melee range as it can 1 hit you, it has happened to me before. Good Luck, it isn't that hard getting to them.

Before turmoil and and kuradal you still profited from power slaying. A friend did some test during a past slayer competition. He was using piety on every task and cannoned and used a Steel Titan when ever he could.

44 prayer, 70 herblore, 1 summon. dont plan on raising prayer/summon, and i dont need higher herblore. Oh well, your loss then. Hope you figure something out.

I would spend the money on getting prayer, herblore, and summoning up.

Under the "Minimum skill levels" under my link it tells you which stats you can boost for the quest.

Yes it does. That is why whenever u get a whip drop you get the 100% drop (ashes) a normal drop (usually a common one [coins or w/e]) AND a Whip Its a weird thing and difficult to get you're head round at first but monsters "rare" drops under the drop system and that ROW applies too are in players term all pretty rubbish junk. Eg where a monster drops varying coin piles from 4gp - 500gp, 500gp = "rare" drop. Where as all the drops that are in player terms rare, come under bonus drops and are totally separate from ROW Abbys don't drop a whip with coins. They drop them with ashes and charms, also with the abby head or clue if it gets dropped.

What i did before having 88 summoning was take a war tort filled with sharks, you can bring whatever food you want, and i killed them. I wore torags instead and killed them with a whip. Once i was out of food i took the bones i had, make sure you're putting them into the tort, and went and banked. After banking i went back and killed some more. It may take a while but you make some profit from the bones.

For slaying at lower lvls this is what i wore. Black Mask/Slayer Helmet Ardougne Cloak 3 > Skill Cape (t) > Obby Cape=Skill Cape Fury > Glory Torag's Platebody Torag's Platelegs Dragon Boots Beserker Ring And i fought with a Whip and Rune Defender. You can also switch out the torags for dharoks as they have the same defense but vary in price.
