I've wanted both a phat and 99 mage for awhile. I'm thinking of killing green dragons for ~200m. So what should I do?

I'm currently bursting anything that moves, but it's also coming at a heavier price tag than what you want.

There was an update a few months ago that stated that as the higher you level your runecrafting the higher the chance that you could make multiple runes. Once you hit 91 you WILL make 2x with a chance of making more than 2. Hope you can understand this. EDIT: Crash vv has a good explanation.

My dad built a brand new computer and we have it hooked up to our tv via a HDMI cable. It runs perfectly fine but we are just missing the edges of windows and the top and bottom (Can't see the red X in the top right hand corner) and can barely see the start button in the bottom left. We've tried messing with the resolution and haven't gotten it to work yet.
