I know the safespot, I've used it plenty before.

Black demons don't drop charms that often, though they drop reds semi-often. hunting red charms is probably the hardest thing to do, though. Maybe metal dragons? they're hard to kill, but with range + broad bolts, it should be easy and profitable. Stay with aviansies, don't sell sgs now.

All charms? Fire Giants are good sources of Yellow. Metal dragons drop them in good quantities. Colored dragons make profits in charms and gold. Ankous drop OK sources of yellow, not recommended. Jellies drop massive charms. Basiliks drop massive green charms.

Do you mean like adding a visage onto an antidragon? You wouldn't need the smith req for it though.

It's kind of expected of bigger games to do that, like WoW or Hero Online. Hwoever if yiou look at the item scamming policy by Jagex, they state that they will clearly not return items lost in the scam. I think that's the same for example, of someone giving up another's items via party room.

My f2p pure has been training here recently since it's the monster w/ last part of the sceptre I need to complete the skull sceptre. He's 70 ranged; range seems iineffecive against them, as I hi more often with ankous... any1 have any ideas of what their combat triangle weakness is?

Actually it will say you sent a query to change it and it would change after like a week or two.

Torso is more for fun PKing and/or maxing, but I heard people love to use it in combination with guthans. Either way, with or without, it has almost the same stats as a rune plate but higher crush, and lower slash. I use a sara plate eternally for slayer, and it seems about as even as a torso, if you don't mind the lower hits.

Better safe than sorry. I haven't touched the site, and I'm running one now. (too safe for me, perhaps?)
