At 70, I didn't fail. I only ran like 3-4 times before I got bored of it though.

I got 10 def on my pure to try out druidic robes (oddly enough his stats stink in bh and own in fog) and it's not worth it. I regret the extra levels D: Druidic isn't worth it. I can't say much about combat though.

HINT HINT: making toadflax is waaay more profitable than ranarrs. Just use all your allotments, hops and bushes and play Vinesweeper while they grow. I did 1-45 this way.

Battlestaves - If you buy your own mats, then it will be a while plus you'll lose money. People know that making battlestaves themselves and alching it is much more profitable (buying and turning molten glass to orbs, then using the orbs with battlestaves). The limit however (buying from NPCs) is what drives people off course when they want to extensively train crafting with it. I can't say anything about ruby bracelets, but I made emeralds - bought em for 550 and gold bars for 180 (total = 730). They alch for 915 so if you buy nats for 230, you'll lose 45gp each. Watch the market; when I did it, I was able to profit..

^ agree. I'd buy my way if I were you. If you want to make money back just kill dragons and then sell. It doesn't matter which you do first, but believe me getting 70 prayer is more useful.

Making any kind of elemental rune or tiara will make you lose money, but body tiaras is the fastest method until you can make something out of pess (and possibly make money)

You'll lose massive money doing steel plates or something like that ... you're better off smelting bars.

gero204, I will second what basiliko said. There is a basement room that you can use, which houses Count Draynor's coffin. That's different. There are a lot of ppl out there who'll spend that much on an ss when they don't know other combos that are as or more effective. other than that are people who just like it's spec. I've tried ss before, and it's waaay not worth it.

Well, someone posted a feww eeks ago a pic of him selling a red phat at lowest price after months. Unless you want to just wait for this, then your only choice is to add animal masks, elixirs, sigils, or other things that are worth more than market value that requires junk to sell.

I think it would be better if you had higher attack ... a dragon scimmy is pretty effective, but some people don't want to buy an obby necklace and a sword just for that one case, when they're already spending too much on sup sets and all.

The broom's destroy option says you can get it back from maggie. I doubt she'll move to a p2p server, but after the event's over you can't start the quest, but you can retrieve the broom.

I always do clues as fast as possible. Usually I get em when I'm doing slayer or monster hunting, who knows if it'll drop again like at t he next kill? :o
